He happened to turn to one of Lord Benson's experiments in Reverie. His lordship had wanted to eat something different, to discover new delicacies, so this was really a series of fanciful experiments rather than a single, simple one. His first substantial dish was stone-Magic Stones, to be precise. This mad lord had climbed into the stomachs of dozens of different Hybrid Dragons, as well as certain unusual Underground Beasts. He had not merely wanted to swallow stones at random. He wanted to live on Magic Stones alone, and to live well, even using them to promote the metamorphosis of his life and the growth of his mental power.
