"Not in Otherworld, and not reincarnated?"
Upon hearing this, Son Gohan's eyes flashed with confusion.
He knew exactly what that meant. It meant the other party had not died, and the implications of that were rather complicated.
It meant Bardock had most likely traveled through time and space.
He did remember several histories where Bardock had traveled through time and space. One had been an accidental journey, while the other had involved someone deliberately taking him away.
He just did not know which one it was this time.
"So he didn't actually die?"
Piccolo, standing nearby, pondered for a moment before voicing his speculation.
"That's impossible. With his personality, if he really hadn't died, he definitely would have gone to Earth to find Kakarot!"
"Hm!?"
"He is not alive either. I cannot find his soul."
Son Goku had just been about to ask something when Porunga's voice rang out. There seemed to be confusion in his voice as well.
"He didn't go to hell, and his soul can't be found. What's going on?"
Piccolo asked the question. Even with his intelligence, he clearly could not understand what was happening.
"Sorry, I cannot answer that question."
Porunga had clearly fallen into a state of confusion as well.
Seeing that even Porunga was puzzled, Dende scratched his head. "I'm sorry. The whereabouts of this Bardock are very mysterious. Even Porunga can do nothing about it."
Son Gohan merely shook his head. Although he knew those two were his grandfather and grandmother, he had never met them, much less formed any attachment to them.
So compared to being unable to revive Bardock, he cared more about the reason behind it.
After all, it might mean something extraordinary was about to happen.
"It's fine without him."
Upon hearing that Bardock could not be found,
