This Turtle Was a Good One, the Method of Forming a Golden Core (Two-in-One)

A blue-green glow flowed slowly from the battered green turtle head. Like green sap, it dripped onto the Golden-Scaled Beast's leg.

As the light rippled, something miraculous happened. First, the bleeding from the severed leg stopped. Then flesh and blood began to grow anew.

The flesh grew back far too slowly, though. And because the Twin-Headed Turtle Demon King was injured too, much of its Wood-Turning Divine Light fell on itself instead.

"Roar!" Perhaps deciding this took too much out of it, the Twin-Headed Turtle Demon King spat out the Golden-Scaled Beast's severed hoof.

It had clearly swallowed the hoof earlier, and the thing was now coated in some unidentifiable slime.

Much of it had been corroded, but under the glow, the Golden-Scaled Beast's leg was visibly getting better.

The Golden-Scaled Beast gave a low cry and looked at Ye Jingcheng in protest. As far as it was concerned, his Treasure Radiance worked better than this.

Besides, the way the Twin-Headed Turtle Demon King had spat out the hoof was disgusting.

Its eyes were full of revulsion, as though to say the leg was dirty now.

Ye Jingcheng, however, did nothing.

He wanted to see just how powerful the Twin-Headed Turtle Demon King's healing ability could be.

"Is that all the healing you can manage?" Ye Jingcheng asked with a frown.

"Roar!"
