Natsume Chikage helped the woozy Kondo Miyuki back here.
Kondo Miyuki had drunk quite a lot, and she was already somewhat unconscious.
Her ample curves pressed tightly against Natsume Chikage's side, making his face flush slightly. Still, he quickly shook his head, casting the strange thoughts from his mind.
He reached out and rang the doorbell.
Ding-dong.
Kondo Miki had received a message from Natsume Chikage before he arrived, learning that her mother had gotten drunk.
So the instant she heard the doorbell, she realized that Natsume Chikage had arrived.
When she opened the door, she saw Natsume Chikage and her drunken mother.
"Sorry for making you bring my mom back."
"It's nothing. I was headed this way anyway."
Natsume Chikage took the initiative to hand Kondo Miyuki over to Kondo Miki.
Yet Kondo Miyuki seemed reluctant to let go, her hand still clinging tightly to him.
"Where are you going? Are we home already?"
Natsume Chikage nodded. "Yes, we're home."
But Kondo Miyuki seemed not to have heard him at all, and her hand still did not let go.
Kondo Miki could no longer stand watching, so she reached out and said, "Mom, you're home already. Let go now."
"Oh, we're home already." Kondo Miyuki waved her hand, then drunkenly muttered, "Hmm—where's my husband?"
"Mom, Dad's on a business trip today. Did you forget?" Kondo Miki said helplessly, clearly not expecting her mother to be so muddled after getting drunk.
"*&----%￥----&￥" Kondo Miyuki babbled incoherently, and no one knew what she was saying.
Natsume Chikage could not understand a word.
But it did not matter. He had only come along to bring her home.
Looking at Natsume Chikage's handsome face, Kondo Miki fell silent for a moment before softly thanking him. "Thank you."
