Meeting Chu Hao and Forced Submission

Hu Liena is already Bibi Dong’s beloved disciple when Chu Hao joins Spirit Hall. Bibi Dong introduces her as his senior disciple sister and entrusts her with showing him around, arranging his residence, and looking after him. Hu Liena welcomes the opportunity because she has always wanted a younger brother 26.

Her teasing quickly causes trouble. Their first encounter involves an attack that Chu Hao counters with sword qi, narrowly missing her arm and cutting her shoulder strap. A later attempt to create a playful, close encounter is witnessed by Yan and Xie Yue, who believe Chu Hao has taken advantage of her 26 27.

Hu Liena tries to prevent Yan’s duel with Chu Hao, fearing for her junior disciple’s safety. After Yan loses and Xie Yue intervenes, her concern shifts to protecting her brother. Chu Hao refuses her apology and charm, threatens Xie Yue’s life, and forces her to submit publicly. She accepts rather than risk losing the person closest to her 29 32 33.
