An indifferent Dao voice came from the enormous blood eye, devoid of any emotion.
Dao Venerable Shichen raised his brow slightly. Standing in the void with his hands behind his back, he said calmly, "So you are the God of Systems behind those systems. You only sent an avatar here. Are you afraid of us?"
The blood eye did not answer Shichen's question and merely said, "Dao Venerable Shichen, Dao Venerable Pangu, I have long admired you both."
Pangu had already gripped the Pangu Axe in his hand, its blade pointed straight at the blood eye. He grinned. "My hands were itching anyway. Tell me, how many axe strikes do you want to die to?"
The blood eye shifted, its gaze falling upon Pangu. "Dao Venerable Pangu truly is as the legends say... brave."
It then turned toward Shichen, its voice taking on a meaningful undertone.
"Through countless ages and countless universe worlds, the name of the Time Dao Venerable has been passed down. So many have sought your trace within time itself, and the world believed you were merely a legend. I never expected to behold your true body today."
Shichen raised his brow slightly. "So you came here just to spout this nonsense?"
The blood eye fell silent for a moment before speaking slowly. "He is supreme, treating all beings as mere livestock. Everything is for himself alone. Why not join me, Dao Venerable? Together, we can oppose him and attain the supreme realm of the Great Dao."
Shichen frowned slightly as he pondered its meaning. After a moment, he shook his head. "Don't speak if all you do is talk in riddles. Besides, you are not worthy of making us Demon Gods submit."
