After the Invincible System sacrificed itself and its Source Power transformed the universe, Shichen left with Pangu and the others as the era of the systems ended.

Shichen brought the World Demon God to the Time Temple and used her three thousand world Dao fruits to prepare a new World Tree for his attempt to break through to the Great Dao Realm. As he began refining the Three Thousand Great Dao laws into the fruits, Yang Mei hinted that he had a crucial role to play and asked Shichen and the others not to forget him.

• Shichen left the others and took the World Demon God to the Time Temple to discuss breaking his bond with the Chaos World during his breakthrough.
• Shichen explained that he planned to become the Great Dao of a newly evolved chaos world, and the World Demon God agreed to provide her three thousand world Dao fruits.
• The World Demon God picked all three thousand fruits from her World Tree and gave them to Shichen, who spent dozens of Chaos Eras merging them into an illusory World Tree.

After completing the Three Thousand Great Dao Laws, Shichen petitioned the Great Dao for permission to open new Chaos Worlds and won its consent by threatening to detonate his fused Great Daos. The Order Demon God then prepared to act on Shichen’s behalf, leaving him with a farewell.
