Fugaku awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan after Fuchiu’s death and became entangled in Madara’s plans, while Uchiha Yan expanded his powers and recruited Kakuzu. The arc ended with Yan and Might Duy fighting the Seven Ninja Swordsmen as Madara and Zetsu moved against them.

• Rin Nohara and Kurenai Yuhi celebrated joining Yan and Kakashi Hatake’s teams, while Yan’s team began D-rank missions and trained chakra control through their chores.
• Orochimaru turned Yagura into a rampaging Three-Tails, which killed Fuchiu as he saved Fugaku, and Fugaku awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan with Save State and Load State abilities.
• Fugaku returned to Konoha after discovering that Madara and Black Zetsu had engineered Fuchiu’s death, while Yan warned the Uchiha elders not to provoke him.
• Yan created Enslavement Seal 2.0, developed new techniques from Little Blue and Gardevoir, and mastered Combat Intuition, while Fugaku learned about the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan from Tianrong.
• Yan bought Futsunomitama from Kakuzu, hired him as finance manager for the Peace of Mind Trading Company, and later developed Vacuum Pulverizing Wave and Infinite Shockwave.
• Fugaku and Yunko learned they were expecting a child, and Hao and Kyoko also became expectant parents after Meixin arranged their engagement.
• Fugaku left for the Hidden Mist Battlefield and met Madara, who admitted arranging Fuchiu’s death, attached Spiral White Zetsu to Fugaku, and prepared to attack Yan.
• Might Duy fought the Seven Ninja Swordsmen, and Yan arrived with Kurenai Yuhi’s group, killed the Zetsu attackers, and returned to battle after sending the others to Konoha.

Uchiha Yan defeated Uchiha Madara, manipulated Fugaku’s defection, and tightened his control over the Uchiha while challenging Konoha’s leadership. The arc ended with Yan preparing to defeat the Hidden Stone army and Ōnoki, as Orochimaru sought to renew their deal.

• Uchiha Yan defeated Uchiha Madara in battle, took one of Madara’s arms, and drove him to retreat through Reverse Summoning.
• After Madara died, Black Zetsu recruited Fugaku into his plans, but Yan secretly marked Fugaku and made him his puppet after Fugaku gained the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
• Fugaku staged Uchiha Tianrong’s death as a murder and defected, while Konoha and the Uchiha clan publicly expelled him and placed a bounty on him.
• Uchiha Yan explained the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan to the Uchiha elders, and Uchiha Senichi was nominated as acting clan leader.
• Uchiha Yan confronted Utatane Koharu and Mitokado Homura over the Seven Ninja Swords, then agreed to negotiate with the Hidden Mist after trading two swords for the Sword of the Thunder God.
• Uchiha Yan forced the Hidden Mist delegation to buy back Samehada and the Explosive Blade for two hundred million ryo, then placed Uchiha clansmen under genjutsu and loyalty marks.
• Uchiha Yan rejected rebellion and vowed to defeat the Hidden Stone army and Ōnoki himself, while Orochimaru approached him to discuss their deal and his research.

Uchiha Yan ended the Hidden Stone war, secured a costly peace, and turned the resulting discontent against Hiruzen Sarutobi. As Danzo maneuvered to seize the Hokage position, Hiruzen chose to abdicate and Tsunade emerged as his advisers’ proposed successor.

• Uchiha Fugaku fused with Spiral White Zetsu and prepared to use Hidden Mist’s peace to purge its clans and recruit shinobi against Uchiha Yan.
• Uchiha Yan confronted Danzo at the Hidden Stone front, then attacked Iwagakure alone, defeated Ōnoki, and forced him to accept defeat and pay reparations.
• Uchiha Yan subdued Roshi and Han, negotiated their release for a billion ryō, and helped Konoha complete a peace treaty with the Hidden Stone.
• Uchiha Yan transferred the Five-Tails and Four-Tails into new bodies and sent them to Konoha, leaving Danzo to handle the Jinchuriki.
• Hiruzen Sarutobi and his advisers delayed peace negotiations to keep the frontline forces away, but Uchiha Yan exposed their obstruction and helped turn Konoha’s shinobi against them.
• Number One moved the Yuki Clan to a remote island, while Uchiha Yan ordered him to impersonate the Land of Fire’s Daimyo and condemn Hiruzen publicly.
• Utatane Koharu warned Hiruzen that Danzo planned to seize power, and Hiruzen decided to abdicate and issue an edict of self-blame.
• Utatane Koharu proposed Tsunade as the next Hokage.

Tsunade became the Fourth Hokage after Danzo’s attempted coup was exposed and defeated, while Uchiha Yan dismantled Root and helped prepare Minato as her successor. The story then shifted to Qianyi, who demonstrated his power and tested whether Burning Godzilla could destroy and reconstruct him.

• Hiruzen Sarutobi chose Tsunade as his successor, and Tsunade accepted after warning the elders not to target Uchiha Yan.
• Uchiha Yan secured Orochimaru and Jiraiya’s support for Tsunade and persuaded them to back her appointment.
• Danzo tried to seize power by summoning Hashirama Senju and Tobirama Senju, but Tsunade won the election and Uchiha Yan helped defeat the attack.
• Uchiha Yan exposed Danzo’s crimes and removed his Sharingan, while the Second Hokage condemned Danzo and Tsunade agreed to put him on public trial.
• Uchiha Yan subdued the Daimyo’s household and Root, then sent Root’s members to the Dark Star Trading Company for rehabilitation and training.
• Tsunade named Minato as her intended successor, while Uchiha Yan introduced Yamato and explained his survival of Danzo’s Wood Release experiments.
• Qianyi demonstrated Three Thousand Blue Silks and refused Yaya’s request to learn it, warning that mastering more Kekkei Mōra would be difficult and possibly useless beyond the Ninja World.
• Qianyi let Burning Godzilla strike him with Flaming Star, was reduced to dust, and rebuilt his body from the Blood Sea before ordering another attack.
