Naruto was the kind of guy whose blood started burning the moment anyone mentioned the word Hokage. "The daimyo of the Land of Fire?!"
"I'm going!"
"Sasuke, how many laps left?"
Naruto's soul snapped back into place, and his whole body came alive as if he'd been pumped full of adrenaline. "Two laps to go."
"Move."
Sasuke wasted no more words and kept running around the village.
After morning training ended, he returned to his room, gripped the magatama, and summoned Susanoo. "Mr. Susanoo."
"It's all done." Susanoo's face was full of confidence.
Sasuke took out paper and a pen, and Susanoo immediately began drawing.
Before long, Konoha's rough layout appeared on the paper. "Every marked point has people hidden there."
"But these positions..."
Susanoo stared at the locations of the marked shinobi on the map, his brows furrowing.
All these places were on the outskirts of the village, some distance away from where the daimyo would give his speech.

"This is exactly where that old fox Danzo is clever."
"If not for the mission reminder, I wouldn't have thought of it either."
The corner of Sasuke's mouth lifted, but he stopped halfway through what he was saying.
It was better to say less about things involving the system.
Early this morning, the system had popped up a mission:
[Random Mission: ensure that nothing goes wrong during the daimyo's speech, while making the Uchiha play a key role in this incident] [Reward: doubled ocular power, one random gift pack]
The meaning was very clear—the daimyo's speech would definitely run into trouble.
And in the whole village, the only one who wanted trouble during the speech was Danzo.
That old bastard must have laid the groundwork
