Ever since Dalaran had crashed last time, causing the deaths of tens of thousands of elven warriors, the Sun King Kael'thas Sunstrider had resolved to study spatial magic. He regretted it deeply; if his spatial magic had been strong enough, he could certainly have saved more elves.
Thus, the Sun King Kael'thas Sunstrider humbly sought instruction in spatial magic from Oculeth, the Nightborne's chief teleportation engineer. With Kael'thas Sunstrider's formidable foundation and talent, he had already begun to master it.
It happened to come in handy this time. Without Alleria Windrunner's immense Void energy tearing apart the Halls of Reflection's magical barrier directly, the Sun King Kael'thas Sunstrider had only opened a narrow gap before bringing the Dark Queen Sylvanas Windrunner through it.
However, the flaw was obvious: the two had merely teleported outside Icecrown Citadel and had not yet escaped danger.
"Let's go, General Sylvanas. We aren't truly safe yet," the Sun King Kael'thas Sunstrider said, looking at the Dark Queen Sylvanas, who had yet to recover.
Her sister's betrayal had dealt her a devastating blow. Yet when she had been at her most desperate, the Sun King Kael'thas's appearance and the voice of the Kingdom of Quel'Thalas had given her hope once more. At the very least, the people she had once sworn to reclaim at the cost of her life would not abandon her.
Thus, the Dark Queen Sylvanas pulled herself together. She raised Thori'dal, the Stars' Fury and made a grasping motion through the air. An energy arrow appeared from nothingness. Pure Arcane energy absorbed the Dark Queen Sylvanas's dark power, turning into a pitch-black arrow that shot directly at the Scourge creatures gathering in the distance.
