Gunboat Battle

Garrosh and King Varian truly were sworn enemies meeting face-to-face. Without a word, they ordered the Skybreaker and Orgrimmar's Hammer to engage in close combat.

Previously, above Icecrown Citadel, the Skybreaker and Orgrimmar's Hammer had clashed from time to time, but at most they fired a few shots from afar or sent out air forces to harass each other.

This time, in a close-range battle, there could only be one outcome: either you died or I did.

In terms of weaponry, both sides had their advantages. Orgrimmar's Hammer possessed an enormous wolf-headed cannon that could end the battle with a single shot, but the two vessels had encountered each other broadside-on, leaving its devastating main cannon unable to fire.

Judging only by their broadside cannons, official records showed that Orgrimmar's Hammer had eight autocannons, four on each side. Its lower gondolas held six anti-aircraft cannons, three on each side, for a total of seven effective cannons on one side.

The Skybreaker had five fixed cannons and four large-caliber autocannons mounted on each side, along with two twin-barreled automatic anti-aircraft guns at the front of its deck that could fire in every direction. The Skybreaker had eleven cannons capable of effectively attacking, giving it superior firepower.

The cannons fired continuously. Even with a layer of iron plating, the ships could not withstand the force of the bombardment. Wood splinters flew everywhere, and several unlucky men were blasted straight out of the sky.

"Mages, freeze their cannons!" Garrosh and King Varian gave the order almost simultaneously, commanding the mages aboard their battle airships to use frost magic to seal the enemy cannons in ice.
