"Troll, I have no obligation to explain myself to you." Neltharion was dismissive.
Tonatiuh lowered his head and looked past Nergigante's shoulder at the ground.
The nearby jungle had been razed flat in the day's battle. Countless trees had snapped, leaving a massive scar across the forest. At the center of that scar, the lifeless corpses of two monsters lay on the ground, with not a single troll nearby.
The two monster corpses were covered in all kinds of wounds. Some were clearly inflicted by their attacks on each other, while others looked as though they had been torn open by sharp fangs and claws. Many places also bore scorch marks left by high-temperature breath.
The Black Dragon King had caused those wounds.
While the two monsters were relentlessly attacking one another, the Black Dragon King had joined the battle. He had not helped either side. Instead, he had attacked both monsters that should never have appeared in Azeroth.
The two monsters clearly looked like bad news, so they naturally fought back. Yet for some reason, they seemed to bear an enormous grudge against each other. Even while attacking Deathwing, they had not forgotten their opponent, attacking Deathwing and each other at the same time.
Thus, an utterly chaotic battle had erupted.
