Hinata, Here I Come

A year had passed since Naruto began training with the Nine-Tails' help, and he was now six years old.

The Nine-Tails mainly had Naruto train his chakra control, because one benefit of having a tailed beast sealed inside a human was the massive amount of chakra and nearly endless stamina it granted them. Although Naruto was only six, he already possessed enough chakra to rival most jonin.

One night, Naruto decided to sneak into the Namikaze Clan's estate. He bit his finger until it bled and pressed it against the gate. With a puff of smoke, the gate opened.

The largest room was a library, filled with scrolls on taijutsu, ninjutsu, and some genjutsu, as well as books on sealing techniques written by his father and the Uzumaki Clan, including swordsmanship.

After finishing his training, Naruto headed to the ramen shop he usually visited. Suddenly, he heard several children arguing and looked over curiously. He spotted three children around ten years old, likely Academy students, bullying a little girl. She looked about his age, with neck-length dark blue hair and white eyes—the traits of the Hyuga Clan.

"Let her go!" Naruto said.

"Get lost, or you'll get beaten too."

Naruto jumped in front of them, shielding the girl.

"He's trying to scare us. Teach him a lesson," they said as they moved forward. One of the boys reached out with his right hand to hit Naruto. Naruto struck the boy's hand with his staff, then flipped it around and drove it into the boy's chin like an uppercut. Another boy tried to hit Naruto, but he ducked, swept the boy's legs with his staff, making him stumble forward, then slammed his knee into the boy's stomach, sending him crumpling to the ground in pain.

Naruto turned to the last boy, who immediately fled in panic.

Naruto turned back to the girl and asked,

"Are you okay?"

"I-I'm fine. Th-thank you," the girl stammered.

"No problem. I'm Naruto Uzumaki. What's your name?" he asked.

"I-I'm Hinata Hyuga."

"Come on, I'll help you up."

"Hey, let's have lunch together," he invited. Hinata slowly nodded.

Naruto ordered two bowls of chicken ramen.

"Naruto, is this your girlfriend?" Ayame teased from behind the counter.

"No, it's not. We only met a few minutes ago," he answered.

Hinata said nothing. Her face was bright red as she lowered her head.

As they were nearly finished eating, a member of the Hyuga Clan appeared and looked at Hinata. His name was Xiao Gao, and he was Hinata's bodyguard.

"Hinata, there you are. Your father is waiting for you," he said, taking Hinata's hand and preparing to leave.

"Goodbye, Naruto-kun. It was nice meeting you."

Naruto was walking home after finishing his training.

During his training, he had successfully advanced his Sharingan to its second stage. Naruto now had two black tomoe in each eye, and he was very proud of it. He had heard that the Uchiha Clan's geniuses fully mastered the Sharingan by the age of eight.

On his way home, he sensed the chakra of two people nearby. He placed two fingers on the ground and discovered that one of the chakra signatures belonged to Hinata.

As he drew closer, he saw a Hidden Cloud Village ninja kidnapping Hinata.

Naruto quickly threw several shuriken. The ninja easily deflected them all, surprised to find that his attacker was just a child.

"Kid, get lost, or I'll kill you. I'm a jonin—you can't beat me," the man said arrogantly.

"Naruto, let me handle this." Naruto agreed and switched places with the Nine-Tails.

The Nine-Tails rapidly formed several hand signs, looked up at the sky, and shouted,

"Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!"

The Hidden Cloud ninja was shocked that a six-year-old child could use a C-rank Fire Style technique. He should not have had that much chakra.

The Hidden Cloud ninja threw several shuriken and shouted,

"Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu!" The shuriken multiplied into dozens.

Unable to deflect all the shuriken, Naruto leaped to the left. The enemy had been waiting for him and kicked him hard in the stomach, then punched him in the face. Naruto slammed into a tree and collapsed to the ground in pain, clutching his stomach. The Hidden Cloud ninja walked toward Naruto, believing he had won.

Then he noticed that Naruto's eyes were Sharingan. He thought, An Uchiha saving a Hyuga. How ironic. But I'll take him too. Two bloodline limits are better than one.

The ninja reached for Naruto's neck, only to discover that it was merely a clone. Seizing the opportunity, Naruto gathered some of the Nine-Tails' chakra and charged at the ninja at incredible speed, driving the kunai in his hand into the man's chest.

The Hidden Cloud ninja was stunned by what had happened, but then he noticed the three black tomoe spinning within Naruto's blood-red eyes.

The ninja fell to the ground, dead.

This was his first kill, and he had been left with no choice.

Hinata quickly rushed over, hugged him, and began to cry.

"It's okay. You're safe now. I won't let anyone hurt you," he whispered to comfort her.

At that moment, Hiashi Hyuga arrived with his men. He had seen everything that happened. He walked over to Naruto and pulled him away from Hinata.

"Stay away from her, though I am grateful for everything you did," Hiashi said coldly.

Taking Hinata's hand and leaving, he added,

"You are too weak. You nearly got kidnapped. You are not worthy of becoming the clan's heir." With that, he left.

A few minutes later, the Hokage arrived.

"Naruto, are you all right? How do you feel?" the Hokage asked with concern.

"I'm fine. Just a few broken ribs, but the Nine-Tails will take care of it."

"I understand, Naruto. Don't worry. Come see me tomorrow, and I'll give you the reward for a B-rank mission." The Hokage said this as he patted Naruto's hair. Naruto nodded and prepared to head home.

In fact, he had broken the Uchiha Clan's record.

"I fully matured my Sharingan at six," he muttered to himself, then smiled.
