Under everyone's expectant gazes, Fugaku shifted the topic to the changes in law enforcement.

Yan could not help shaking his head. He was disappointed once again.

It seemed he really should not have held any hope for Fugaku. A leopard could not change its spots.

They simply did not dare show it as openly as Yan did, practically writing the word "disappointment" across their faces.
