Hiashi Hyuga and Hizashi Hyuga wore smiles on their faces. Uchiha Fuchiu smiled and said, "Jin, my son, I represent the Uchiha Clan in supporting you."

Hiashi Hyuga smiled. "You're the Hyuga Clan's son-in-law. Who else would we support if not you?"

The Third Hokage laughed happily. "Konoha has never lacked heroes. Since ancient times, heroes have emerged from the young. Jin is right! Better to die standing than live in humiliation. You two envoys from the Land of Lightning, go back and inform the Land of Lightning's daimyo. If he does not give Konoha an explanation, then Uchiha Jin before you will declare war on the Land of Lightning on Konoha's behalf!"

"We agree!" Seeing that the Third Hokage had made his stance clear, the clan heads all voiced their support. As members of Konoha, whether they truly agreed or not was beside the point—they had to give the Third Hokage some face.

"Remember to bring more money next time!" Jin said with a grin. His goal was to intimidate them with force.

Every day, he simply practiced the ninjutsu he had copied and the new ninjutsu he had created, then sealed them into scrolls he had researched and made himself. He planned to keep a few as backups for when he faced enemies in the future and ran out of chakra. This method had a drawback: the scroll had to be opened while pointed directly at the enemy in order to strike them. Most were low-level scrolls. There were very few S-rank ones, followed by A-rank ones. B-rank ones were of average quantity, while C-rank ones were the most numerous. With the current number, saying there was one for every Konoha villager was no exaggeration. Jin could indeed manage that. Three years of production was enough for everyone in Konoha to squander them once.

Everyone was stunned.

Jin smiled. "Thank you all for your support. I need to return immediately. Tonight, someone will deliver S-rank scrolls to each of you." Jin took Hinata's warm hand and left.

The Third Hokage smiled in satisfaction. "Fuchiu, you gave birth to an extraordinary son! I think that one day in the future, he will leave everyone utterly astonished. That night, the heads of every major clan received the S-rank ninjutsu scrolls Jin had sent them. Once this news was confirmed, the Third Hokage immediately ordered everyone to keep it secret and protect it as Konoha's highest classified information.
