Background

Ice was one of the Ice and Fire Dragon Kings whose remains formed the foundation of the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well. His bones had fused with the well and part of Douluo Continent’s origin, preventing their removal without harming the world. His divine soul remained beneath the lake after his death. 142 143

When Xia Liang entered the well, he used a god-grade Soul Crystal crafted by Electrolux to stabilize Ice and Fire’s souls. Ice retrieved the red-and-blue Ice and Fire Legend module that Xia Liang had been seeking and explained why the Dragon Kings could not simply reclaim their original remains: their divine souls required new god-grade bodies. 142

After Xia Liang proposed reviving them as guardians for his faction and revealed his alliance with Di Tian, Ice’s suspicion eased. Xia Liang subsequently revived Ice and Fire, appointing them as the tower masters of the Heavenly Soul Branch Pagoda under Snow Empress’s Extreme North Main Tower. 142 143

Personality

Ice is portrayed as the more reasonable and communicative of the two Dragon Kings. He calmly explained the limitations of their revival and was willing to reconsider Xia Liang’s intentions after learning that Di Tian was an ally rather than an enemy. 142

He is attentive to ice-aligned power, immediately recognizing Snow Empress as the inheritor of the Ice God’s divine position and noting her unusual nature as a spirit of heaven and earth. 143

Heavenly Soul Branch Pagoda

Following his resurrection, Ice became one of the Heavenly Soul Branch Pagoda’s designated tower masters. The branch was placed under Snow Empress’s Extreme North Main Tower due to the Extreme North’s closer location. 143
