Tang Wulin first appears as a weary teenager returning from part-time work at a blacksmith shop. On a Soul Guidance Train, he notices Gu Yuena in Lin Yan’s arms and offers one million yuan to buy her, not understanding that she is the host of the Silver Dragon King’s power. When the Holy Spirit Cult attacks the train, he panics at the prospect of dying on his first day of work. 44 45

After losing consciousness, Tang Wulin awakens in the Eternal Night Era—over twenty thousand years before his own time—in the body of a boy called Kevin, who had frozen to death amid war and famine. The body possesses Innate Divine-level talent, an immense spiritual sea, and Golden Dragon King bloodline. Refugees mistake him for a god or demon reincarnation after his aura erupts. 73 89 Lin Yan later reveals that he used Golden Dragon King Essence Blood obtained by Gu Yuena as a coordinate, combining time, space, and Destiny Power to project Tang Wulin’s consciousness into that era. 95
