Her pursuit of hundred-thousand-year soul rings is ruthless and possessive: she views A Rou as prey and reacts with murderous fury when A Rou's soul ring and soul bone fuse with Nezha instead. 9 14 Despite her arrogance toward Xiao Wu, she remains pragmatic enough to retreat when Spirit Hall's losses and the threat posed by Da Ming and Er Ming make continued battle untenable. 15 19

History

Hunt for A Rou

After Spirit Hall's Star Dou Forest branch identifies A Rou as a likely transformed hundred-thousand-year soul beast, Bibi Dong personally leads Chrysanthemum Douluo, Ghost Douluo, five Soul Douluo, and ten Soul Sages to capture her. She intends to claim A Rou's hundred-thousand-year soul ring for the Soul Devouring Spider Emperor. 7 10

Bibi Dong's force surrounds A Rou and Nezha in the forest. After A Rou evades the initial pursuit and is later immobilized by the Two Extremes Still Domain, Bibi Dong approaches to deliver the killing blow. 9 12 13

Loss of the Soul Ring

A Rou burns her life energy, breaks the enemy's restraint, and sacrifices herself. Her hundred-thousand-year soul ring and left-arm soul bone form before fusing into Nezha's body rather than becoming Bibi Dong's spoils. 13 14

Enraged by the loss, Bibi Dong immediately tries to kill Nezha, but Er Ming intervenes. Da Ming, Er Ming, and Xiao Wu then trap Spirit Hall's force within the Star Dou Forest. 14 15

Battle and Escape

Bibi Dong initially fights Xiao Wu with the Death Spider Emperor but is repeatedly struck and injured by Xiao Wu's high-speed kicks. Humiliated, she changes to the Soul Devouring Spider Emperor and overwhelms Xiao Wu with poison-laced attacks. 16 17

When Nezha interrupts Eternal Creation with the Qiankun Ring and Spirit Hall's casualties mount, Bibi Dong abandons the fight. She uses Soul-Eating Poison Barrier, Death Spider Web Binding, and Spider Emperor Clone to obstruct the pursuing soul beasts before escaping with Yue Guan, Gui Mei, and the surviving subordinates. 18 19 20

Conflict over Yu Xiaogang

While Qian Renxue operates undercover as Heaven Dou's Crown Prince, Bibi Dong pressures her by letter to hasten the plan. Qian Renxue responds by revealing that she knows of Bibi Dong's past romance with Yu Xiaogang and implicitly threatens him, causing Bibi Dong to lose control in Pope Hall. 54 55

Bibi Dong orders Yue Guan to retrieve Yu Xiaogang from Notting City and deliver a warning letter to Qian Renxue. Yue Guan finds that Yu Xiaogang has already disappeared, leading Bibi Dong to conclude that Qian Renxue had secretly seized him. 56 63

Bibi Dong later infiltrates Heaven Dou City and confronts Qian Renxue in the Crown Prince's Residence. When Qian Renxue mocks Yu Xiaogang, Bibi Dong attempts to strangle her, only releasing her when Snake Lance Douluo and Pufferfish Douluo intervene. She leaves after Qian Renxue reveals that Yu Xiaogang has been transferred to Spirit City. 73 74

Confrontation with Qian Daoliu

Bibi Dong goes directly to the Worship Hall to demand Yu Xiaogang from Qian Daoliu. Qian Daoliu refuses, having imprisoned Yu Xiaogang at Qian Renxue's request, and warns Bibi Dong that he will replace her as Pope if she harms Qian Renxue. 75

Forced to withdraw, Bibi Dong threatens that she will make all of Spirit Hall pay should Yu Xiaogang lose even a single hair. 75

Retaliation Against Qian Renxue

Unable to attack Qian Renxue directly without provoking Qian Daoliu and the Worship Hall or harming her own continental-unification plan, Bibi Dong decides to strike at Qian Renxue's associates instead. 76

After reviewing intelligence reports, she identifies Nezha and Xiao Wu as the prodigies Qian Renxue recruited into Heaven Dou Royal Academy.
