Itachi and Shisui's Conversation, for the Village, for the Clan!

"Xuanyu?"

Uchiha Shisui looked at the small figure's back. Just now, he had felt as though Xuanyu had noticed him!

Then he smiled and shook his head. He had hidden himself so well that even Uchiha Zhen, a Jonin, had not noticed him. How could a little kid possibly have discovered him?

It was probably just a coincidence!

That little fellow could not possibly have noticed him. As he thought this, Uchiha Shisui's gaze unconsciously settled on Xuanyu once more.

The Uchiha monster, the one with Double Pupils!

He had never interacted with Xuanyu before, but after sensing the Chakra radiating from Xuanyu earlier, he could not help feeling somewhat moved.

The Chakra emanating from Xuanyu's body was immense, far beyond what someone Xuanyu's age should possess. Yet Xuanyu had it.

Unfortunately, the Chakra inside him was chaotic and could not be used!

"No wonder I heard from the others in the Anbu that Xuanyu has been training his body with Might Guy lately. His Chakra can't be used at all!" Uchiha Shisui murmured, now understanding why that Uchiha clansman had been training with Might Guy.

This was not necessarily a bad path. If Xuanyu could reach Might Guy's level, he would become a great asset to the Uchiha Clan in the future.

But taijutsu could never match the peak combat power of the Sharingan's Kekkei Genkai. It was still lacking in the end.

Itachi and Sasuke could be properly nurtured!

"Xuanyu truly is a monster. Such immense Chakra inside him, yet he cannot use it and it even leaks away. It's like a funnel!" Itachi had thought Xuanyu would be a Genius Ninja, but unexpectedly, he was nothing but trash!

No matter how strong his taijutsu was, it could not surpass the Uchiha Clan's Kekkei Genkai. Even his younger brother would easily surpass him in the future!

Looking at Xuanyu's back, he resumed training by himself nearby.

He now had a goal: the Uchiha Clan's genius, Uchiha Shisui!

He wanted to become even stronger than Shisui.

But as he trained, he felt that something was off. He scanned his surroundings. "Hmm? Is someone watching me?"

Itachi's gaze swept over the area. With the sharp senses of a Genius Ninja, he could detect something unusual, but after looking around, he dismissed the thought.

After all, there were so many people in the Training Grounds, and he himself was the center of attention. This strange feeling was only natural!

Itachi cleared his mind and continued training.

"Brother, we should head back!" In the evening, Sasuke looked at the friends who had already left and called out to Itachi.

Itachi wiped the sweat from his forehead. "Sasuke, you go back first. I still want to practice the Hand Seal Technique a little longer!"

Seeing his brother training so diligently, Sasuke wanted to grit his teeth and persist as well. But at his young age, he still lacked the perseverance. After saying goodbye to Itachi, he left.

Itachi's Chakra reserves were no worse than those of Chunin his age. What he needed to train now were Shuriken and hand seal speed.

In battle, being slower by an instant could mean death!

"As expected of someone valued by Hokage-sama. His talent is high, and he trains so diligently too!" Shisui could not help sighing. In terms of hard work, he was likely inferior to Itachi.

At the same time, his impression of Itachi deepened further.

"Who's there?" Itachi was training when that strange sensation struck again!

He immediately scanned his surroundings warily once more, while Magatama appeared in his Sharingan!

He remained alert in every direction!

Their target was Uchiha Shisui!

But Uchiha Shisui was even faster. The instant Itachi threw the Shuriken, he had already retreated several meters.

The Shuriken embedded themselves in the tree trunk where Shisui had been standing.

"Itachi, you've grown stronger again!" Looking at the Shuriken lodged in the trunk, a smile appeared on his lips.

There was relief in it, as well as satisfaction!

Itachi finally saw who it was and could not help crying out in surprise, "Brother Shisui, why are you here?"

Shisui was several years older than Itachi. Ever since the Third Shinobi World War, Shisui had shone brightly and gained fame throughout the Shinobi World!

Uchiha Shisui had always been the goal Itachi pursued.

"I came to talk to you about something." Shisui smiled faintly, then sat beneath a tree.

He then beckoned to Itachi, signaling for him to sit beside him as well.

In the Forest, the sun was setting.

The lingering glow of the sunset fell upon the two of them, giving the scene a solemn air.

Uchiha Itachi looked at Shisui curiously. "Brother Shisui, what did you want to talk to me about? Is it important?"

Ever since Shisui entered the Anbu, he had rarely appeared before him.

Uchiha Shisui looked at Itachi, hope still glimmering in his eyes. "Itachi, do you know that the Third Hokage mentioned you today? He said you're very talented and may have a chance to enter the Anbu in the future!"

"Really? The Third Hokage thinks highly of me?" Itachi's tone was calm, but the excitement in his heart was difficult to conceal. Ever since the Uchiha Clan had been alienated by the village, as a Genin of the Uchiha Clan, he had received barely any missions, and all of them had been insignificant.

Otherwise, he would not have been constantly training at the Training Grounds instead of taking on missions.

"Of course it's true. Hokage-sama should summon you within three months." Shisui smiled at the delighted Itachi, then added, "You need to train hard. The future of the Uchiha Clan will depend on you!"

"I will work hard!" Stars glimmered in Itachi's eyes, and his gaze gradually became firm.

Since the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's Attack, the Uchiha Clan had been alienated by Konoha. Uchiha Itachi and Shisui both wanted to restore the Uchiha Clan and return to the Konoha Higher-Ups.

Uchiha Itachi believed that once he entered the Anbu and worked together with Shisui, the Uchiha Clan would return to the center of Konoha before long.

If someone from the Uchiha Clan received the Hokage's trust, then the Uchiha's situation in the village would steadily improve as well.

Uchiha Shisui was taken aback and looked at Itachi. "Is there something else?"
