Chen Fan was born into an ordinary family in Flying Spirit County. His parents died, his older brother disappeared, and he lived with his sister-in-law and young niece, Chen Xi. Before entering martial cultivation, he worked as an accountant for the Great Passage Trading Company and had previously done odd jobs with his brother. 45
