The Torrentine River flowed out from the depths of the Red Mountains, racing south for thousands of miles before finally emptying into the Summer Sea.

Natalie stood at the bow, gazing at the faintly visible castle in the distance. Her violet eyes held both curiosity and unease.

She was not wearing her veil at the moment, revealing her exquisite, breathtaking face. Her fur garments had also been replaced with a blue dress, and her long, shapely legs beneath the skirt gleamed like jade in the sunlight.

Katu stood behind Samwell, seemingly fulfilling his duties as an attendant and waiting at all times for his master's orders. In truth, though, his eyes kept sneaking glances at the girl's thighs.

He seemed determined to crush some fantasy of Natalie's that did not suit her station.
