The dean did not react much. He merely swept his gaze around the room before withdrawing it.
"Fine, then I won't interfere. Take good care of him. The same goes for Princess Vina."
After giving Vina a final nod of acknowledgment, he turned and left.
Vina responded with a smile, then turned back with an expressionless face.
"Come with me."
Jiang Mu followed without hesitation.
They did not stop until they reached a seat.
"You can sit behind me. If there's anything you don't understand, you can ask me."
Jiang Mu nodded, took a few steps back, and sat down.
"Mm..."
Having just sat down, he took a deep breath. It felt no different, as though he had returned to Shrek Academy.
It was as if everything had been repeated once more.
The teacher resumed the lesson.
Jiang Mu was rather curious and observed the classroom. His earlier inspection had not been detailed enough, and he had missed quite a few things.
When his gaze swept toward the seats ahead, he discovered a man sitting by the window in the lower-left corner of the classroom, staring at him.
That faintly authoritative, superior gaze made it clear that he was no ordinary person.
He was definitely the sort of person admired by others.
Perhaps a super genius being cultivated, or...
"Long Aotian?"
He seemed to be the only one bold enough to stare so openly.
Otherwise, after what the dean had said earlier, who else would dare look at him? Jiang Mu clearly had backing, and even Princess Vina had been assigned to guide him.
Anyone who did not avoid him probably had considerable nerve.
"Mm..."
Jiang Mu did not avert his eyes and simply stared back. If the other person really was Long Aotian, then this was quite a coincidence.
