A little golden-maned lion stood on a small stone pedestal, though she was not entirely a lion. Her paws actually resembled those of a Four-Clawed Dragon, and the pale golden light radiating beneath her claws was enough to prove how extraordinary she was.
Her eyes had eerie red, vertical pupils.
The Eye of Destiny on her forehead was open as well, gazing into the distance.
It was not hard to guess who this was: the Auspicious Beast, Wang Qiu'er, crouching here and playing the lofty deity.
From a little closer, one could even hear her rumbling breaths, like a little lion's purr.
Hidden in the shadows, the Three-Headed Scarlet Demon Mastiff wore a rather strange expression at the sight.
He slipped down.
"Auspicious Beast, you've been standing here at the edge of the Core Area. Don't tell me you want to go out and play again!"
