Arc 4The Imperial Tomb Reborn
Li Shun entered the Imperial Tomb Burial Mound, recovered Lu Tinglan’s armor, and emerged decades older with imperial blood and Wu Peng’s inheritance. After the tomb’s restrictions ended and Imperial Tomb Commandery was reorganized, Li Shun and Fang Xun faced new journeys and political dangers.
- Li Shun transferred Shentu Xin’s [Life-Qi Furnace] trait to Fang Xun, then withdrew it and began seeking other rare traits for his perfect body.
- After black mist erupted beneath Langya, Li Shun found that Shentu Xin’s phantom had gained [Unbreakable Body], helping him open Square Inch Space’s seventh clearing.
- Li Shun entered the Imperial Tomb Burial Mound, where Elder Mu guided him through Zhanghua City to Lu Tinglan’s abandoned Wu Peng Armor.
- Li Shun claimed Wu Peng’s Azure Wood Invocation, spent fourteen years exploring the burial mound, and learned from Elder Mu that Mu Wujiu was Emperor Gan.
- Elder Mu identified Li Shun as an imperial descendant, gave him a blood seal, and sent him to find the Marquis of Changxin in Dai State.
- Li Shun escaped the burial mound with Han Sushu and Jiang Chongguang, returned to East Mountain Town, and broke with Fang Xun over the decision to send him inside.
- Elder Wei taught Li Shun the Emperor-Slaying Sword, while Fang Xun repeatedly apologized until Li Shun welcomed him back into the Spring-Autumn Brush Lineage.
- An imperial edict abolished Imperial Tomb Commandery, and Li Shun learned of plans to visit Linchuan as golden hands tore away the commandery’s false sky and restored sunlight.
