with the aid of the floating city and the mage tower, Huo Ling was not actually inferior to the God of Twilight.
The twenty-six-story mage tower continuously unleashed Legendary spells. Every attack forced the God of Twilight to expend vast amounts of divine power in defense.
All manner of weakening negative spells were casually cast upon
