Among the various families, Silver-tier soldiers were all elite forces. Losing even a few dozen in a major battle was enough to make them ache.

If several hundred or even a thousand died at once, even the Legends of those families would weep tears of pain.

What was lost was not merely magic stones. Compared to magic stones, the lives of these elite soldiers were far more precious.

If they bought these goblin enhanced soldiers, then in many battles they would not need to deploy their own elite troops. They could use these goblin soldiers to fight the hardest, bloodiest battles.

If these goblin elite soldiers died, they would certainly lose quite a few magic stones, but the results would absolutely be worth it.

Victory in one bloody battle might directly secure victory in an entire war of expansion, which meant vast tracts of territory.
