Background

Chen Ran was born beneath Mount Buzhou as the first spark of Human Civilization. His existence was tied to humanity’s future: as the Human Race flourished, he could grow into a Sacred Fire of Civilization. Immediately after Nuwa created humanity, her depleted state led her to mistake Chen Ran for a nourishing spiritual object and consume him. His consciousness survived within her when the Civilization Parasite System awakened. 1

The system made Chen Ran dependent on both Nuwa and humanity. He gains Civilization Power by advancing Human Civilization, while a fixed portion reinforces Nuwa’s Saint body, Primordial Spirit, Dao comprehension, and potential Civilization Divine Abilities. Chen Ran initially concealed himself, acting through Nuwa’s dreams and revelations while treating her as both his host and his protection. 1 5 9

His early efforts focused on preventing the Human Race from being exterminated.
