Background / History

Originally a young soldier under Chen Ran, Ji Fa obeyed an unexplained order to return to Xi Qi, live as an ordinary man, and wait. He did not question the command, treating obedience as a soldier’s duty. 70

In Xi Qi, he became the focal point of gathering Human Way fortune, making him a designated sacrifice for Ancestor Minghe’s Great All-Heavenly God-Demon Array. He sensed Black Fire Lu Ya’s hostile presence shortly after allowing Bo Yi Kao to leave Xi Qi. 73

Ji Fa later entered Chao Ge to retrieve Bo Yi Kao, only to find him prospering among the nobility.
