• Li Changshou secretly left Jiang Lin’er the Tear of Past Lives, while the Matchmaker linked Jiang Lin’er and Wang Fugui’s marriage threads and Daoist Wen Jing warned Li Changshou of an impending attack on the Dragon Clan.

Li Changshou navigated threats from the Western Teachings, helped recover Wan Jiangyu’s spirit, and prepared the Dragon Clan’s entry into the Heavenly Court. The arc ended with his appointment as the Profound and Unblemished Great God of the Four Seas and Ao Yi’s karmic burden being lifted.

• Li Changshou warned Bian Zhuang to stop pursuing Ke Le'er, while Matchmaker saw Bian Zhuang’s marriage thread attach to a Golden Immortal woman from Jade Lake.
• Li Changshou helped Jiu Wu bring Jiang Lin'er and Venerable Wangqing closer, then met Jie Teaching immortals who apologized after hearing how he had tried to help Zhao Gongming.

Li Changshou entered the Heavenly Court, passed an extraordinary Golden Immortal tribulation, and brought the Dragon Clan into Heavenly Court service. After rebuffing Randeng’s attempt to negotiate over the Dragon Clan, he faced a major Asura assault on the Sea God Temple.

• Li Changshou registered as a Heavenly Court immortal, received three thousand Heavenly Soldiers, and visited Tushita Palace, where Taishang Laojun’s Pill Dao teaching left him unconscious for three years.
• Li Changshou rejected Golden Cicada’s proposal to divide the Dragon Clan’s Four Seas Dragon Palaces, then escorted Wan Jiangyu’s soul through reincarnation and gained a new understanding of his Dao heart.
• Li Changshou prepared for his Golden Immortal tribulation with help from Grand Master Xuandu and Yunxiao, endured the Myriad Spirits Tribulation, and survived Heavenly Punishment after reaching the Golden Immortal Realm.

After meeting the Human Emperors and acquiring the Treasure-Dropping Copper Coins, he prepared Ling'e for her tribulation, which ended with her surviving and declaring she would become his Dao companion.

• Li Changshou coordinated the defeat of the Asuras at the Sea God Temple and helped the Jade Emperor and Dragon Clan launch a campaign that pacified the Four Seas.
• Li Changshou drove Daoist Lu Ya away from the Heavenly Court army through negotiation, then helped the Jade Emperor consider how to deal with him.
• Lan'er asked to see Qi Yuan, but Li Changshou cut the Red String linking her to Qi Yuan’s clay figure and told her she had mistaken loneliness for love.
