Personality

Iruka is protective of his students and treats their safety as his own responsibility. When a purported Medical Corps ninja attempts to remove Chiba from school without authorization, Iruka physically places himself between them and refuses to release a student without verified orders 5.

He is firm about rules and training discipline, correcting Naruto’s disruptions, enforcing restrictions during exercises, and arranging separate opponents for Chiba after recognizing that ordinary Academy spars could lead to injuries 5 8.
