Background

Gu Yue Na is the Silver Dragon King, a primordial Soul Beast whose arrival is stated to be the origin of the Douluo Continent's Soul Beast race. Millions of years before the story, the Asura God shattered her God Sense and left her severely injured. She remained concealed beneath the Lake of Life in the Star Dou Great Forest, unable to emerge until her wounds could recover. 119 120

Tang San locates her qi beneath the lake and offers her a golden Transformation Pill brought by his system. After judging that he has come to help her escape her long isolation, Gu Yue Na accepts the pill and absorbs its Chaos Power. The process lets her take human form early, awakens immense new potential, and begins her recovery, though her old injuries are not fully healed. 124 126

Rather than immediately wage war, she orders Di Tian and the Ten Great Ferocious Beasts to remain hidden. She chooses to enter the human world, study humanity's weaknesses, and learn how humans become gods before acting against humanity and the God Realm. 126
