A mage, someone whose power made Skeletor uncomfortable, more than a dozen guards, the rotten grain here, and the Lordaeron Royal Crest.

Rod could guess who it was with his toes: the famed filial son of Lordaeron, the Lich King, and his eventual title—35 mental energy points!

And that other infamous daddy-seller, Daddy-Screwing Jaina, White-Haired Jaina! She had gone from a naive, sweet girl at the start to a ruthless, formidable woman in the end.

"I understand! Point out their exact location for me," Rod said.

"Great Master, they are roughly one kilometer to your southeast," Skeletor said.

He was actually very curious about that being with special energy—energy that could even make him feel afraid.

"Got it. Skeletor, go back into the fort for now. If there's any danger, I'll call you out." Rod nodded and immediately recalled Skeletor and all the undead creatures around him into his system fort.

Undead creatures outside would inevitably cause unnecessary misunderstandings. Arthas might even mistake him for the mastermind behind this plague outbreak and come charging over with a hammer.

If this really was Azeroth, that was not good news at all!

In terms of danger, Azeroth was even more perilous than the world of Heroes of Might and Magic III!

In a few years, there would practically be an apocalypse-level disaster every year: the expedition to Outland, Wrath of the Lich King, Cataclysm, Mists of Pandaria, Warlords of Draenor, Legion, Shadowlands!

The latest expansion seemed to have reached The War Within. Supposedly, it had introduced Dimensius, a Void Lord capable of devouring an entire planet.

That guy had appeared in a dungeon during The Burning Crusade, though he had only been a boss back then!

But later, it was revealed that after all their hardships, the players had merely defeated one of Dimensius's countless projected incarnations scattered throughout the universe after he fell asleep!

Without the Heroes of Might and Magic III system, Rod felt he might as well find a chance to hide in Stormwind and live peacefully as an ordinary commoner!

Though Stormwind did not seem all that safe either. On the eve of the Burning Legion's expedition, it had been attacked by the Demon Lord Kazzak.

Rod shook his head and stopped dwelling on it. Following the route Skeletor had pointed out, he headed toward Arthas and Jaina.

The two sides were not far apart. After only a few minutes of walking, Rod heard the sounds of battle in the distance.

Rod saw an undead creature three and a half meters tall, fat and bloated, wielding a massive scythe in one hand and a giant cleaver in the other. Its body was covered in pustules that oozed sticky fluid.

An abomination—a stitched monstrosity created by the Scourge, a zombie-type creature pieced together from countless corpses.

There were also doglike monsters beside it, ghouls with sharp fangs and teeth that crawled on all fours. These creatures were attacking the human troops as well.

"What kind of monster is that?" A Lordaeron soldier cried out in terror.

"Whatever it is, the Holy Light shall prevail! Destroy these monsters, warriors of Lordaeron!" A man around two meters tall, clad in ornate armor, with long golden hair and a warhammer in hand, roared and charged forward to battle the huge abomination.

A blonde woman in blue-and-white robes, exposing her pale midriff, waved her ice-blue staff and chanted a spell, summoning a blue water elemental roughly two and a half meters tall.

As soon as the massive water elemental appeared, it immediately relieved some of the pressure on the mortal soldiers. Meanwhile, the female mage occasionally fired Frostbolts at the monsters before her, slowing their movements.

After seeing this pair, Rod was certain that he had indeed arrived in Azeroth. Down there were the filial son Arthas and the female mage Jaina.

This should be the timeline of Chapter Four of the human campaign, when Arthas had been ordered to investigate the East Weald region with Jaina and was about to reach Andorhal.

Here, Arthas would first learn of the Cult of the Damned and encounter Kel'Thuzad. The fleeing Kel'Thuzad had released an abomination created by the Scourge.

At this very moment, the prince of Lordaeron had officially fallen into the Scourge's trap, walking step by step toward the abyss.

Rod turned his gaze toward the massive abomination. This was good stuff!

A top-tier experience pinata—he could not let it go to waste. Rod planned to steal the kill with Magic Arrow in a moment.

The base damage of Magic Arrow was only 10 points plus twice his Strength. If he attacked now, he should be able to deal 30 points of damage.

What level of attack would 30 points of damage from the world of Heroes of Might and Magic be in Azeroth?

An ordinary spearman only had 10 health, while a crusader had 35.

Rod narrowed his eyes and carefully observed the battle. Some human soldiers were injured after being overwhelmed by the ghouls!

Seeing this, Arthas immediately raised his warhammer high, and golden light shone upon the wounded soldiers, instantly healing them.

"The Holy Light blesses us!"

A few minutes later, the massive abomination was nearly finished. Rod seized the opportunity, stood up, and directly hurled a Magic Arrow.

A bolt of blue energy, like lightning and like an enormous energy bird soaring through the sky, shot from Rod's palm and struck the abomination directly.

With a BOOM! the flesh-mountain-like abomination was instantly blasted to pieces. Even several of the nearby little dogs—ghouls—were not spared and were blown apart along with it.

This unexpected turn left Arthas, the female mage Jaina, and the human soldiers stunned.

Ding-dong! A glorious victory! Rod gained 160 experience points. Your Eagle Eye was triggered. Through careful observation and study of this battle, you comprehended the mysteries of arcane magic and the Holy Light. Congratulations, you have learned Flash of Light and Frostbolt. Flash of Light: Consumes 1 mana point to summon powerful Holy Light, attacking undead or demonic creatures, or healing allies. Frostbolt: Every 10 Frostbolts consume 1 mana point. It can continuously attack opponents, dealing damage and slowing enemies.

This notification stunned Rod!

He could actually steal-learn the paladin's Flash of Light and the mage's Frostbolt through Eagle Eye!

Damn! I'm about to take off!

If he could steal-learn these two spells, then that meant he could steal-learn all kinds of magic from Azeroth.

What kind of Eagle Eye was this? This should be the Sharingan!

Eagle Eye was freaking awesome! No, from now on, Eagle Eye would be my daddy.

"Don't worry, Arthas. A mage friend helped us."
