• Yuwen Tuo entered the Fire God’s inheritance land, received the Fire God Nine Trials, and helped Qiu'er and Ling Luochen gain divine inheritances of their own.
• Yuwen Tuo and his companions endured the Demon Flame Engulfment trial, completed their first trials, and Yuwen Tuo formed a Fire Soul Core.
• Yuwen Tuo pursued Huo Yuhao’s convoy, killed Masked Douluo after defeating him, and learned from Long Xiaoyao that Lich Douluo and Myriad Souls Douluo had massacred his village.
• Yuwen Tuo and Qiu'er killed Xian Lin'er with Transcendence of Samsara, then Yuwen Tuo brought her head and Masked Douluo’s head to Shrek Academy.

Yuwen Tuo gathered allies, harvested immortal herbs, and prepared Ghost Valley for the Soul Master Competition as the Sun Moon Empire and Holy Spirit Sect plotted against him. The tournament began with Ghost Valley advancing through its early matches, while Na Na confronted the Evil Soul Master Ade.

• Yuwen Tuo rejected Xu Xingye’s demand that he return to the Xu family and leave Ling Luochen in Star Luo, then escaped with her after the Ice Empress defeated Cheng Gang and drove off the imperial forces.
• Yuwen Tuo led Ling Luochen and his companions to the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, where he gathered immortal herbs and helped Ling Luochen, Xiao Xiao, and Qiu'er advance in cultivation.
• Yuwen Tuo transferred Electrolux’s Divine Sense into his Noble Carriage Sword, helped Huo Yuhao reclaim the Lovesick Heartbreak Red, and used the Soul Absorption Technique to make the Octagonal Mysterious Ice Grass Ling Luochen’s Soul Spirit.
• Yuwen Tuo formed Ghost Valley for the tournament, distributed herbs to its competitors, and prepared the team as Ling Luochen killed Corpse Eating Douluo and advanced in her Water God trials.
• Yuwen Tuo led Ghost Valley to Mingdu, where he confronted Xu Tianran and the Holy Spirit Sect at the tournament opening and watched Meng Hongchen defeat the Dragon Slaying Sect by herself.
• Cao Jinxuan used his time and cause-and-effect abilities to defeat the Brute Force Sect, while Xu Tianzhen declared herself Yuwen Tuo’s sister and openly cheered for him.

Yuwen Tuo and Ghost Valley hunted Evil Soul Masters, advanced through the tournament, and defeated the Tang Sect after a clash between divine powers. As Yuwen Tuo recovered and strengthened his cultivation, the others discovered the Sun Moon Empire had sealed Mingdu and planned to attack the three nations.

• Na Na drove the resentful spirits from Ade, then Xiao Xiao led Ghost Valley to defeat the Mingyu Sect and declare its war on Evil Soul Masters.
• Yuwen Tuo and Qiu’er attacked the tournament venue, killed Nangong Wan, and used the Emperor’s decree to force the Soul Engineer Legions to protect them from Zhongli Wu and Long Xiaoyao.
• Meng Hongchen defeated Shrek’s individual fighters with her poisoned ice, while Ghost Valley advanced to the Top Eight and Ye Guyi joined the sect to fight Evil Soul Masters.
• Yuwen Tuo’s master foresaw that Huo Yuhao’s scheme could kill him, as the Top Eight matches began and Xu Tianzhen lost to Yu Tianlong.
• Meng Hongchen and Xiao Hongchen led Sun Moon Academy to victory, while Ji Li killed three Star Luo National Academy competitors before Xu Jiujiu conceded.
• Cao Jinxuan defeated Bei Bei and Zhou Sichen with his time powers, Na Na and Xu Sanshi won their matches, and Huo Yuhao called for the team battle against Ghost Valley.
• Huo Yuhao and Wang Dong’er’s fusion skill clashed with Yuwen Tuo and Qiu’er’s, Tang San’s divine projection was destroyed by Yuwen Tuo’s master, and Ghost Valley won after Qiu’er defeated the remaining Tang Sect fighters.
• Yuwen Tuo received his master’s inheritance and increased his cultivation, while Wei Na and Xu Jiujiu concluded that the Sun Moon Empire had sealed Mingdu and planned to attack the three nations.

Yuwen Tuo and Wei Na’s allies launched a surprise assault on Mingdu and turned Xu Tianran’s trap against the Sun Moon Empire. After taking revenge on Xu Tianran, Yuwen Tuo rejected reconciliation and began to destroy himself to sever his ties to the empires.

• Wei Na proposed an alliance against the Sun Moon Empire, while Huo Yuhao and Cai Meier refused to join her assassination plan.
• Xiao Xiao defeated the Holy Spirit Sect’s entire team, and Ghost Valley won the tournament final against Sun Moon Royal Soul Engineer Academy.
• Xu Tianran summoned Yuwen Tuo to the palace as Wei Na coordinated an attack on Mingdu with Shrek and the allied sects.
• Yuwen Tuo warned Xu Tianzhen that Xu Tianran planned to kill the Emperor and frame him, then used medicine and golden needles to wake the Emperor.
• Wei Na’s forces assaulted the palace as Du Busi and Long Xiaoyao fought, while Yuwen Tuo secretly took the Emperor and Xu Tianzhen away from Zhang Peng.
• Yuwen Tuo unleashed Inferno, destroying the Steel Forest and devastating the Soul Engineer Legions, then captured Xu Tianran and revealed the Emperor was alive.
• Yuwen Tuo explained that he had arranged for more than fifty Titled Douluo to destroy the legions surrounding Mingdu, and the Emperor stripped Xu Tianran of his crown prince status.
• Yuwen Tuo mutilated Xu Tianran in revenge, rejected peace, and declared he would destroy his body and bloodline to sever his ties to the Sun Moon and Star Luo Empires.
