Storms Could Not Touch Him; West Sea Winds Yet Unstilled

Lu Qing's true body cultivated within the Daoist dojo, naturally following the course of heaven and earth. As he comprehended the Great Dao, the Chaos within it split apart countless hazy veils.

Worlds rose and sank one after another, like stars in the cosmos, or like a jade ribbon of the Milky Way winding around the Inner World.

The world of Lu Qing's Great Dao cultivation had already gained its name and its Dao.

Yet precisely because of this, having cultivated to his present stage, Lu Qing sensed a faint yet clearly existing karmic connection with the worlds of the Nine Heavens.

The karma of heaven and earth existed even when living beings were ignorant and muddleheaded. Even before their Spirit Light had awakened, they possessed a tangle of cause and effect.

It was only that karmic affinity had always been mysterious. Mortals' karma was both light and heavy, easily born and easily resolved.

The higher cultivators climbed, the more their cultivation remained untouched by karma. Yet conversely, this made the weight and clarity of that heavenly karma all the more apparent.

Lu Qing now possessed such a perception as well.

"No wonder they say crossing the Cultivation Sea makes transcendence so difficult."

Lu Qing now felt something of this himself. Yet his Dao Heart had always been well tempered, and this passing thought vanished in an instant. At any rate, sensing the hardships of the road ahead in cultivation also showed from another angle that he was already exceedingly close to the final step of Dongzhen Perfection.

As he transmitted the Dao across the great cosmos, Lu Qing had remained in secluded cultivation within the Daoist dojo throughout this period. Every Divine Sense avatar entered his own cultivated Great Dao, and also plunged into the dazzling, resplendent Great Era,
