Background / History

Han Yang grew up in the Vegetable Market District after his Blue Army parents were killed by the Garrison Bureau. Shen the Butcher secretly cared for him, but Han Yang initially rejected Shen’s invitation to join the Blue Army, refusing even to keep a banned history book. 1 60

After realizing that a self-built chip could combine a human mind’s judgment and creativity with machine computation, Han Yang constructed and implanted his first neural chip. He kept the ability secret, using it to operate robots, complete Cosmic Warfare power-leveling orders, and finance further technical development. 1 3 9

When Black Three attempted to seize his business, Han Yang confronted him, killed him, and assumed control of his gang under the name “Fuxing.” He treated the gang as cover and protection rather than an end in itself: gambling, prostitution, and drugs were prohibited, while the territory’s security and local businesses improved. 19 20 22

Han Yang reorganized Fuxing into the Revival Group, combining game boosting, retail, security, construction, manufacturing, education, and robot production.
