Lin Fan was a nineteen-year-old from Earth before transmigrating into a child’s body on Douluo Continent. When confronted by Spirit Hall figures at the start of his new life, he stalled for time until the Myriad Worlds Gacha System awakened and offered him a beginner’s gift pack. He chose the Immortal-Slaying Divine Sword Martial Soul and resolved to pursue the sword path. 1 4

With Medusa Queen as his summoned protector, Lin Fan entered the Star Dou Great Forest to find Gu Yue Na'er. After Gu Yue Na'er awoke in a weakened, child-like state with sealed memories and power, Lin Fan accepted responsibility for protecting her and helping her cultivate; Di Tian ultimately permitted him to take her from the forest. 5 8
