Flowing Cloud Steel and a New Ninjutsu
After leaving Shikkotsu Forest, the first person Hyuga Yuto saw was Tsunade.
"You're out? How did your chat with Lady Katsuyu go?"
"Not bad." Hyuga Yuto rubbed his nose. "We actually had quite a lot in common."
"Haha, I used to run off to Shikkotsu Forest to play all the time when I was little. Sage Katsuyu would even tell me stories... Here." Tsunade handed him a long strip of black bandage. "Sage Katsuyu dismantled the piece of silk cloth in the middle of the Exploding Blade Shibuki and used Sage Jutsu to forge an entirely new ninja tool."
"It is called Flowing Cloud Steel!"
The black bandage was about one and a half meters long and three fingers wide. Hyuga Yuto weighed it in his hand and estimated that its density was roughly one-third that of cast iron.
This was a corner of clothing once worn by Hagoromo Otsutsuki. Though it could not be considered a Sage of Six Paths ninja tool, its exceptional properties still made it a treasure.
"Flowing Cloud Steel is incredibly resilient... unbelievably so!" the blonde woman said softly. "It resists tearing and stretching, insulates against heat, and does not hinder chakra transmission at all. You can even channel chakra into it to make its hardness surge in an instant."
"It can be a ribbon drifting like clouds, or steel that is hard and reliable."
As he listened, Hyuga Yuto slowly wrapped the bandage around his right arm.
From his fingers to his shoulder, his entire right arm was bound in black bandages.
His chakra continuously flowed in and out through his skin, and the Flowing Cloud Steel shifted back and forth between extreme softness and extreme hardness.
Before long, Hyuga Yuto had found the trick. Using a
