The Star Phaeron's attacks became even more frenzied.

She spun her scepter in her hand, and the crystal of the C'tan Shard burst forth with increasingly intense light.

Her starlight transformed into countless tiny beams of light, shooting towards Sanguinius from all directions.

The beams of light intertwined in the air, forming a web of death, attempting to trap him.

Sanguinius flapped his wings violently and soared into the sky.

His speed was so great that the beams of light couldn't catch up with him at all.

He soared through the sky, his posture elegant and composed, as if walking on clouds.

His sword burned in his hand, and golden Psionic Energy condensed on the blade, transforming into a pillar of light that shot into the sky.

Then he swooped down.

The speed was so fast that it made the air itself seem to burn.

The power was so intense that it made the earth tremble.

The intensity of that killing intent sent a shiver down the spine of even the Star Phaeron's processor.

His sword struck the Star Phaeron's scepter.

The C'tan Shard crystal on the scepter began to crack under this blow.

The Star Phaeron's body was bent under the pressure of that force, her feet sank deep into the ground, her energy shield was overloaded, and her processors were screaming.

"How is this possible..." Her voice was filled with disbelief, "Your power, how could it be..."

Sanguinius looked at her, his blood-red eyes filled with calm.

His voice was very soft, so soft that only she could hear it. "Because I am not fighting alone."

Behind me are my brothers.

Behind me is my father.

Behind me lies the entire Imperium of Man.

He suddenly exerted force with his sword, Star Phaeron's scepter flew out of his hand.

The scepter spun in the air before falling into the distance.

The Star Phaeron staggered backward, her weapon gone, her shield shattered, and her body riddled with cracks.

Sanguinius ' sword was pointed at her throat.

The sword tip stopped three inches in front of her neck, but did not pierce it.

He simply looked at her, his blood-red eyes showing no murderous intent, only calm.

"You lost," he said.

The Star Phaeron remained silent.

Her processor was working frantically, trying to find a chance to turn the tide.

But she couldn't find it.

Her army was in defeat, her Titans were falling, and her Phaeron was before her eyes.

She looked up at Sanguinius' perfect face, at his pure white wings, and at the sword pointed at her throat.

She suddenly smiled, a smile tinged with relief.

"You are truly beautiful," she said, "More beautiful than I imagined."

Sanguinius ' sword drooped slightly. "Thank you."

The Star Phaeron looked at him, a complex light flashing in his dark green eyes.

Then she reached out her hand, which was trembling, not from fear, but from some emotion she herself could not understand.

"Next time," she said, "I won't lose."

Sanguinius took her hand, his gesture gentle yet firm. "Next time, I will still win."

On the other side of the battlefield, two Necrons Titans are besieging a target.

The target was a human, only as tall as Titans's ankle, but he stood there like a mountain.

Roge Dorn.

Primarch the Seventh Legion, Lord of the Imperial Fists, Rock.

His Power Armour was covered in battle scars, his helmet was nowhere to be found, and there was a cut on his face that ran from his forehead to his chin, with golden blood congealing.

But there was no fear or wavering in his eyes, only an almost obsessive determination.

"Stone." Perturabo's voice sounded behind him.

Dorn did not turn back.

Perturabo walked up to him, a hint of annoyance in his eerie green eyes. "You're playing two games by yourself, do you want to die?"

Dorn's lips curled into a slight smile, "You're too slow."

Perturabo scoffed, "We killed a few Necron Overlord on the way, which caused the delay."

The two looked up at the two Necrons Titans that were approaching.

One of them is Obelisk- shaped, with eerie green energy patterns flowing across its surface, and a beam of light at its top capable of evaporating everything.

One of them was spherical, with a smooth, mirror-like surface that reflected their figures, surrounded by countless floating runes.

Dorn stretched out his hand, and golden light gathered in his palm.

That was the power of the Law of Eternity, a gift bestowed upon him by Guilliman, making his body ten times stronger than it was ten thousand years ago.

His muscles were swelling, his bones were strengthening, and golden lines were appearing on his skin.

Perturabo was also gathering power, surrounded by a ghostly green light—the energy of the C'tan Shard, a blessing he had received from the Silent King.

"The one on the left is mine," Perturabo said.

"The right side is mine," Dorn said.

The two rushed out at the same time.

Dorn was incredibly fast; his figure left a golden trail in the void, like a shooting star.

He crashed into the spherical Titans, grabbed the runes on its surface with both hands, and tore them off forcefully.

The energy shield of the runes was as thin as paper in his hand, and a large hole was torn in it.

He crawled through the opening and entered the interior of the Titans.

The interior of the Titans was a vast space, with eerie green energy flowing through its walls, where countless Necron Warriors were awakening from their hibernation pods.

Dorn hesitation, golden flames burned on his Power Fist as he smashed one hibernation pod with one punch, then another.

Before the Necron Warriors could fully awaken, he smashed them to pieces.

He charged toward the core of Titans, a massive, eerie green crystal suspended in the center of space, surrounded by countless energy circuits.

He jumped up and punched the crystal.

The crystal shattered.

The Titans's body began to tremble, disintegrate, and collapse.

Dorn flew out of the shards and landed on the ground, his body covered in the residual liquid of the Living Metal.

His breathing was slightly rapid, but his eyes remained calm.

He turned around and looked in Perturabo's direction.

Perturabo is climbing on the surface of that Obelisk- Titans.

Unlike Dorn, he didn't force his way in. Instead, he climbed upwards step by step, each step precise and avoiding any nodes in the energy circuit.

He held a short knife in his hand, coated with a substance that could interfere with the energy of the Blackstone.

He found the Titans's energy core, a crystal embedded at the top, which was gathering a destructive beam of light.

Perturabo plunged his knife into the crevice of the crystal and pried it open with force.

The crystal broke off, and the beam of light exploded inside the Titans, tearing the behemoth apart from the inside.

Perturabo leaped out of the flames of the explosion and landed beside Dorn.

The two looked at each other and nodded simultaneously.

Without speaking or communicating, they know what the other is thinking.

This kind of tacit understanding is something that can only be honed after countless fights, countless arguments, and even ten thousand years of hatred for each other.

They walked side by side toward the next Titans.

As the Necron Warriors watched the two figures, one gold and one green, the same word simultaneously appeared in his processor. "Monster."

Lion Al Johnson did not cooperate with anyone.

He doesn't need to cooperate.

He alone is an entire army.

He held the Sword of Loyalty in his hand, its blade ablaze with dark green flames.

He was enveloped in the oppressive aura of a lion, so intense that the surrounding Necron Warriors dared not approach.

He strode toward a Necrons warship that was hovering at low altitude. It was a Reaper-class Battleship, twelve kilometers long, and covered with thick Living Metal armor.
