Great Construction!
When Robert Guilliman consciously confirmed the destination of those 700,000 Governance Points.
The Destiny of the entire Five Hundred Worlds of Ultramar was permanently altered.
Guilliman showed absolutely no intention of cherishing his Governance Points.
In his view, the sooner they could restore their original habitat, the better they could conquer more planets.
The system was right about one thing: he was destined to become the Lord Regent, and this Milky Way was destined to be his battlefield.
The Imperium was so vast that even the 500 Worlds of Ultramar seemed unimaginably expansive to Kili.
But this only accounts for 1/2000 of the Imperium's total volume.
The Imperium possesses a million planets. In the Golden Age, humanity will transform all planets into habitable ones, even gaseous planets can be transformed into solid ones.
Guilliman had thought it was an incredibly glorious and grand scene in his previous life.
And now, that hope is right in front of him, and he will do everything in his power to grasp it!
The process of transforming Governance Points is itself like a silent ritual.
Guilliman stood alone in the secret vault beneath the throne room.
He adjusted his Governance Points based on the needs of reform, deciding where to allocate his resources.
However, the main areas of expenditure remain technology and biology.
The food chain is an extremely important thing. Humans cannot rely on their own species to meet their basic needs for survival, at least not in the present era.
So Guilliman acquired a large number of new species, all from the Invincible universe. Compared to the native creatures of Warhammer, these creatures were as docile as cute cats and dogs.
These species travel to planets where they are needed and integrate into the overall ecosystem.
In addition, Guilliman redeemed a large number of technology blueprints.
He also considered it carefully.
Given the previous Men of Iron Rebellion, the technology he's exchanging for now, while still a high-tech product, at least doesn't contain any intelligent AI.
Otherwise, he was genuinely afraid that the Emperor would rise from his Golden Throne in a panic and stop him from leading humanity to complete extinction.
After all, in the Warhammer universe, intelligent technological creations like AI are far too easily corrupted by the Chaos Gods.
The Imperium also strives to avoid such situations in every aspect, so the creations of the Imperium often appear both backward and advanced.
But technology is the primary productive force.
Technology is absolutely essential; modifying Space Marines and building spaceships—which of these doesn't rely on technology?
However, for security reasons, Guilliman will not exchange for or create intelligent combat technology artifacts until his own combat power can achieve absolute dominance.
Most of the items he redeemed were technology-based products that could improve people's well-being, such as machines that could directly extract air and process it into food.
There are also various biomedical drugs and weapons production lines.
He even redeemed a considerable number of biological culture chambers, which can help human embryos grow rapidly from infancy to adulthood.
All of this is to prevent humanity from losing its lifeline again.
The first wave of impact occurred in Cawl's workshop.
This cyborg sage is debugging a new type of plasma reactor.
Suddenly, an Ultramarines flew over.
He poured over three thousand technical blueprints into his workshop like a waterfall.
"Father said you'll find these useful. All of Ultramar's technological resources are at your disposal; you can research them to your heart's content."
"But there's no need to rush. This is what Father said. The people of the Imperium have waited for ten thousand years. There's no need to rush. Ensuring your rest and physical strength is the most important thing."
The Ultramarines landed beside Cawl and gave him earnest instructions.
Guilliman was also worried about putting too much pressure on his own Archmagos.
So he specifically arranged for his offspring to come and tell Cawl that things could be done slowly and there was no need to rush.
But Guilliman clearly underestimated the resilience of the people of the Imperium.
Especially the Adeptus Mechanicus, these lunatics who can pull their own spines out of their bodies, never seem to get tired.
What burns within them is a thirst for knowledge and technological creation.
Cawl's mechanical body trembled violently; this was not a malfunction, but rather the excitement of overload.
His visual sensors recorded that moment: a preliminary theory about "quantum entangled communication" caused his logic circuit to pause for 0.3 seconds;
A set of "warp bubble stability equations" caused his artificial adrenal gland secretion system to operate at overload.
The final concept diagram of "dimensional folding storage technology" made Cawl utter his first swear word in three hundred years!
Praise be to Omnissiah! Praise be to the Emperor!
This is fucking awesome!
"Everyone, now abandon the pride of us researchers!"
After the initial shock subsided, Cawl said to the Tech-Priest who had come to investigate:
"The great Emperor of Mankind, Machine God, has bestowed a new blessing!"
Look at these blueprints; this is His expectation of us!
From this moment forward, neither you nor I shall consider ourselves members of the Adeptus Mechanicus!
You are not Tech-Priest, and I am certainly not Archmagos!
Treat yourself as a Servitor, abandon all emotions, and devote all your energy to producing these things on paper in our own way!
"Praise be to the Machine God! Praise be to the Emperor!!"
All the Tech-Priest knelt down, chanting binary code continuously.
While technological blueprints sparked revolutions in the laboratory.
Those "gentle creatures" specially redeemed by Guilliman began to take root throughout Ultramar.
Their introduction was not smooth sailing; it was a series of stories filled with resistance and doubt that ultimately turned into amazement.
When Governor Claudius Anvil first encountered the Steel Purgatory -Iron-Eating Symbiote Beast in the Forge World, this notoriously stubborn veteran nearly ordered the firing of the weapon.
Because these things don't look like living beings; instead, they look like Bio-Titan created by the Dark Mechanicum!
Each one is over 20 meters tall and over 50 meters long.
Their bodies were covered in scales harder than steel, their eyes were bloodshot, and their claws could easily pierce through their armor.
"Throw these... these giant pangolin monsters into the sacred junkyard? They'll pollute the holy land of the Machine God!"
He roared at Guilliman on the other end of the holographic projection, expressing his strongest opposition, of course, in the most respectful tone.
Otherwise, the Ultramarines standing behind him would have crushed the head of this guy who dared to insult and slander the Gene-Father in an instant.
Ultramarines: I don't eat beef!!
Insulting the Gene-Father, you're arrogant! I've smashed your head; your fate is now uncertain!
