Hermione Breaks Her Silence
Harry took a bite of his cookie and said, "Is it that the bond of friendship has a built-in translation function?"
Ron: "Are you sure this isn't the beginning of our friendship turning sour?"
Harry...
Oren: "Where did you get these cookies? Give them to me!"
Ron scoffed, "Ginny gave it to him, 'only for him,' I didn't get a share."
"Ptooey, ptooey, ptooey!" Oren said disdainfully, "It doesn't taste good, it's sour."
Harry was speechless. It was clearly buttery, wasn't it?
"Could Oren help me retrieve a memory? I need to report Umbridge's atrocities to the Daily Prophet."
"I know you're feeling really bad about the pink toad right now, but please don't be upset. Our plan to mess with Fudge isn't over yet, so please bear with it a little longer."
Ron hesitated before saying, "I've decided to participate in the Quidditch team tryouts. Oren, would you like to come and take a look?"
"Then I definitely... won't go," Oren waved his hand and said, "I'm already swamped with work, I don't have time for you, so get lost!"
Ron...
Hermione handed Oren a piece of parchment.
"So you're finally getting rid of the Mandrake? Don't worry, I'll make sure to find a secluded spot where your potion can bask in the moonlight for a full 180 days."
Ron...
How can people be so hypocritical? He pulled out a letter. "Percy just wrote to me. Let me see what he said."
Oren: "Quickly check what intelligence our top double agent has!"
"My dear brother, I heard you've become Prefect," Ron said with pride, while the others looked on with disdain.
"Perhaps you'll become student council president like me, but remember this: if Old Man Dennis from the Ministry of Magic says to you, 'Kid, you've got amazing potential, come be my personal assistant,'..."
"Remember this: that old Deng absolutely wants to make you his slave. Don't agree! Don't agree! Don't agree!"
Everyone...
A few days later, in the Headmaster's Office.
Sirius Black said angrily, "Lucius has been hanging around the Department of Mysteries these past few days; he's definitely up to something. And that idiot Fudge still thinks you're trying to steal his position, Headmaster."
Grindelwald rolled his eyes and said, "If Albus wants that position, he only needs to say the word; he doesn't even need to lift a finger."
Oren chimed in, "The Umbridge he sent is getting more and more disgusting."
"The Department of Mysteries?" Dumbledore said thoughtfully. "There is indeed a Prophecy Orb there about Tom and Harry, but only those mentioned in the Prophecy can retrieve it."
Oren scoffed, "What's so interesting about that broken Prophecy Orb? I bet only one of You-Know-Who and Harry can survive."
Dumbledore!!!
Grindelwald nonchalantly replied, "Buy the house near the Ministry of Magic entrance, lay some ambushes, and the problem's solved. I'm off to do some sightseeing with Albus, I mean, to look for clues."
Oren...
Sirius Black...
Oren: "Oh, Sirius Black, remember to buy a house, okay? Also, take some bullfrogs with you; Hogwarts just can't keep up with the food."
Sirius Black...
Oren arrived at the Owlery. Mige was easy to find; he was big and fat, and there was a bunch of fireworks in his nest.
After handing the letter to it, Oren sighed and said, "May Merlin protect Cho Chang from being blown up too badly."
Inside an empty classroom in the castle, Cedric Diggory had been waiting for quite some time.
"Oren, did you deliver the message to Cho Chang for me?"
"You've been sent here. I called you here mainly to participate in the teleportation portal experiment."
Cedric Diggory asked curiously, "What experiment?"
Oren, wearing a Prussian steel helmet, hid behind a pile of sandbags and slowly poked half his head out to open the portal.
Cedric Diggory!!!
"Where is it behind this door?"
"Phew~" Oren breathed a sigh of relief, "I thought I'd be pushed all the way to the moon by the air."
Cedric Diggory the white mouse!!!
"Today's experiment is simple," Oren said, casting a spell on Cedric Diggory. "Go to the moon and grab a handful of soil."
Cedric Diggory swallowed hard. "Won't something go wrong...?"
"You're under a spell, don't be a coward, go quickly. And if anything goes wrong, I'll take care of your girlfriend."
Cedric Diggory!!!
He suddenly didn't want to go anymore.
Cedric Diggory cautiously poked half his body out, grabbed a handful of lunar soil, and quickly retreated.
"It's all set. I think I destroyed something that looked like a footprint. That should be okay, right?"
"No problem," Oren, taking out a flowerpot, pouring in lunar soil, and planting a seed.
Cedric Diggory: "Will it grow?"
Oren: "Who knows? We'll have to try."
Cho Chang walked into the empty classroom, her whole body blackened by the explosion.
"Why does the owl that delivers the mail throw fireworks at the recipient?!"
"Why bomb people and then run them over? Whose owl is this?!"
"It must be the twin owls, after all, they have the most fireworks in the castle," Oren used a diversionary tactic.
Cho Chang: "Hmph, I'll definitely teach them a lesson later."
"Yes, yes, we absolutely can't let them get away," Oren said, rubbing his nose. "You guys keep chatting, I have something to do, so I'll slip away first."
Cedric Diggory...
Gryffindor Common Room.
Harry: "Oren, did you see the notice? Umbridge has been promoted to High Inquisitor."
"I don't care what kind of messed-up investigator she is, it's not my problem anyway," Oren, grabbing Hermione by the back of her collar and lifting her off the chair.
"Let's hurry and bury the potion. I still need to paint a rosy picture for the investors later—oops, I mean, I want to depict the wonderful prospect of Professor Snape's resurrection with bone broth!"
The three little ones...
At the edge of the Forbidden Forest, Professor McGonagall watched Oren carrying a shovel and fell silent.
Professor McGonagall: "Let's go, I know a safe place in the Forbidden Forest."
The group arrived at an open space.
Oren said, "Professor, this place is safe, but there's not much moonlight. How about I choose a spot deeper in the Forbidden Forest?"
After saying that, Oren and Hermione headed deeper into the Forbidden Forest.
Professor McGonagall gestured, "No... there's Acromantula there!"
Hermione: What Acromantula? I think they're just a bunch of cheap imitations.
Professor McGonagall exclaimed in surprise, "Child, how did you manage to get the Acromantula to guard the potion? I've never seen anyone other than Hagrid who can command these huge creatures."
Oren filled in the soil and then deployed nine metal spiders, saying, "I told them that if any living thing enters this circle, they won't have to live either."
Professor McGonagall...
Hermione: "She's selling seashells on the beach. The seashells she's selling must be seashells."
Oren???
Professor McGonagall???
"Ahem," Hermione said sheepishly, "My tongue's a little stiff from not speaking for so long."
In the common room, Hermione munched on the expensive takeout she'd gotten from Kreacher, a few small pearls seemingly sliding down her cheeks.
Ron suggested, "Harry, how about we try to be like the Animagus too?"
Harry tugged at a flower petal and said, "Practice, or not... never mind, Ron, what do you think?"
"I think pasta should be mixed with No. 42 concrete."
"Hmm... Ron, you're right. Let's wait and see."
Oren...
Harry: "But on the bright side, at least Hermione can talk now, and Gryffindor's House Points can surpass Slytherin's again."
Hermione...
