The Foundation of Blue Star's Deities

Igniting the Divine Fire to create a Godhead meant becoming a true deity.

A deity's Godhead was also divided into ranks.

Godhead ranks ranged from level 0 to level 20.

Godhead levels 00 through 04 were known as Lesser Divine Power.

Levels 05 through 09 were Lesser Divine Power, levels 10 through 14 were Intermediate Divine Power, and levels 15 through 19 were Greater Divine Power.

Level 20 was a Main God.

In terms of Godhead rank, a Main God was already the limit.

But when a Main God completely controlled everything within a Crystal Wall Plane and completed the ascension of a Pantheon,

they could be called a God King.

Although their Godhead rank was no higher than that of a Main God,

a God King's strength surpassed that of a Main God by dozens of times.

"Main God... Who knows how long it'll take before I become a Main God!"

Even with his cheat,

Chen Changhe knew it would not be easy to become a Main God in a short time.

Not to mention becoming an even more powerful God King.

The Blue Star Divine Alliance had eight God Kings, an accumulation of millions of years for their entire civilization.

Among them, Azure Sovereign Academy had been established most recently, and its founder was the Goblin Overlord.

Establishing academies within a deity's private Divine Domain was a tradition of the Blue Star Divine Civilization.

Not only the Eight Super Academies, but every other deity academy followed this practice as well.

Once a deity became a Main God and established a Pantheon,

they would always set aside an area within their Divine Domain to cultivate younger deities.

Once those students matured, they would become fresh blood for their Pantheon.

"This tradition is connected to the former history of the Blue Star Divine Civilization."

Chen Changhe remembered the account of this historical period from Blue Star's civilizational history.

A million years ago, human civilization entered the God Era and began expanding into the Outer Domain to build its own civilization.

At the time, Blue Star was merely an ordinary Divine Civilization located in the Outer Domain.

It possessed only several hundred deities, and its strongest combatants were merely Greater Divine Power.

At the time, the human Divine Civilization had already entered the Federation Era.

There was no distinction between East and West either. The entire Blue Star Divine Civilization was a unified whole.

Though they were located in the Outer Domain, humanity's deities had already gained tremendous potential.

They also created the first generation of Divine Domain Login Pods.

Relying on the Divine Domain Login Pods, as well as the numerical advantage and potential of human deities,

human deities rapidly grew stronger and conquered several hundred Outer Domain Divine Civilizations.

Using these resources, humanity nurtured eighteen Main Gods.

That had been roughly nine hundred thousand years ago.

Their growing strength inflated all of Blue Star's confidence to unprecedented heights, and they intensified their outward expansion.

The eighteen Pantheons went all out, continuously devouring the surrounding Divine Civilizations.

One plane after another became part of the Blue Star Divine Civilization's domain.

"Unfortunately, if you walk at night often enough, you'll eventually meet a ghost."

Eight hundred ninety thousand years ago, the Blue Star Divine Civilization encountered the most terrifying opponent in its history.

The Neel Clan Civilization of the Tyranid Deity Civilization.

Facing the Neel Clan Civilization, which held an advantage over the Blue Star Divine Civilization in both numbers and quality, the Blue Star Divine Civilization suffered defeat after defeat on the battlefield.

In just a few hundred years, one plane after another was lost.

They were nearly driven all the way back to the Blue Star Plane itself.

Five of the eighteen Main Gods died in battle, and the surviving Main Gods had no choice but to activate the Seedfire Plan.

Three of the younger Main Gods took some of Blue Star's elite Divine Humans and departed from the Blue Star Plane for a Crystal Wall System deep within the Outer Domain, seeking possible allies and preserving humanity's spark.

What had originally been only a contingency measure unexpectedly resulted in one of those Main Gods gaining fortune like a novel's protagonist and becoming a God King against all odds.

He was the first God King in Blue Star human history, Dragonheart God-King, the creator of Huaxia Academy.

Dragonheart God-King's success in becoming a God King owed much to the first generation of Huaxia Academy students he had established in his Divine Domain.

"Establishing academies within powerful deities' Divine Domains was, on one hand, to support weak Divine Beings and Demigods.

"On the other hand, it made it easier to flee at any time."

The Blue Star Divine Civilization appeared extremely powerful.

In truth, it indeed was.

However, there were countless Divine Civilizations in the Infinite Universe.

The Blue Star Divine Civilization had only come into contact with a tiny fraction of them so far.

Who knew when history might repeat itself?

Remain vigilant in times of peace, and you would remain undefeated in a hundred battles.

If such a situation truly arose, they could sever an arm to survive at any moment.

This model facilitated the transfer of outstanding talents and the preservation of civilization's spark.

It had practically become a tradition of the Blue Star Divine Civilization.

"It's basically an enhanced version of the Black Forest Law!"

Chen Changhe could not help but sigh.

In an Infinite Universe like this, only by gaining immense strength could one truly control one's own fate.

This was true both for individuals and for entire civilizations.

"Weakness is the original sin!"

No wonder the Blue Star Divine Civilization was so brutal and greedy.

Quite a few were captives from Divine Civilizations that had been destroyed by the Blue Star Divine Civilization.

Here, they would live as slaves forever.

Everyone in the cabin indulged in luxury and dissipation, enjoying the conveniences brought by a powerful civilization.

Watching the performances here was completely free, with all fees already included in the ticket price.

Naturally, Chen Changhe would not pass up the opportunity to enjoy the singing and dancing.

There was also a battle platform aboard the ship.

Passengers could project followers from their private Divine Domains to fight.

It was a way for travelers to pass the time, though some also used it for gambling.

Chen Changhe did not participate personally and merely watched from the side.

Even so, he gained a great deal. Many of the tactics used by the contestants inspired him.

After turning down an invitation from a very pretty young woman to study dance moves with him, Chen Changhe returned to his room.

What kind of dance was that?

Could it directly increase my Divinity?

Chen Changhe had not expected that even in the God Era, this ancient profession had not disappeared!

At those terrible universities, students might not reach this level even by the end of their freshman year.

Naturally, the treatment they received was vastly different as well.

His Divine Domain's area had increased, and his Divinity had risen.

The most direct effect was that the carrying limit for followers in Chen Changhe's Divine Domain increased once again.
