He and Duke had grown fairly familiar with each other. Whenever Duke had nothing to do, he would come up to the deck to chat with him and take the opportunity to learn a great deal about the West Coast.
The West Coast was actually a broad concept, referring to the coastal regions along the western side of the Appalachian Continent. It covered an extremely vast area.
There were no nations here, only cities. Each city belonged to various factions.
The four largest forces on the West Coast were the four great wizard organizations: the Thorn Holy Tower, Black Sail, Doom Bell, and Silver Hand.
Besides those four wizard organizations, there were also many small and medium-sized wizard organizations of varying strength.
Aside from wizards, the West Coast was home to a large number of ordinary people. Under a series of rules jointly established by the four great wizard organizations, a relatively peaceful way of coexistence had formed.
