Under Uchiha Natsuki's cold gaze, the Third Hokage quickly sent out a Medical Ninja to remove the Sharingan from Danzo's eye.

Fugaku waved his hand and sent someone to take Shisui's Right Eye and return it to Izumi, who stood beside Shisui.

So she could confirm for Shisui whether it was his eye.
