Lynn jumped down from the Bone Dragon's back and let out a sigh of relief.

He was safe.

Taking advantage of the Holy Son being forced back, Lynn turned and returned to the original battlefield.

The low-level Undead he had left behind to cover the rear had been nearly slaughtered by the Holy Light Legion.

Of the nearly one million low-level Undead, fewer than twenty percent had survived.

The ground was carpeted with shattered bones and rotting flesh like a black rug, yet several Holy Light Legions that had been pursuing the Undead had not withdrawn.

Abandoned by the Holy Son, they remained on the battlefield, still hunting down the surviving Undead.

They had not received an order to retreat. Or rather, they had been deliberately left behind.

The Holy Son had been too anxious to flee to waste time coming back for them.

Lynn's gaze turned cold as he watched those Holy Light Legions and Holy-Light Creatures.

He opened the Undead Space and released all his main Undead forces, sending them charging toward the Holy-Light Creatures.

The Holy Light Legions fell into despair.

They had no Holy-Light Barrier, no blessings from Priests, and no Angel support. They had only themselves and the weapons in their hands.

A Paladin gripped his spear and watched the Undead swarm toward him, his hands trembling.

"Where is the Holy Son? Why has the Undead army returned? Did the Holy Son abandon us?!" His voice was soft, as though he were talking to himself.

The Paladin beside him said nothing. He merely tightened his grip on his spear and charged at the Undead, only to be crushed beneath Megatron's foot.

Seeing this, the other Paladin turned and ran. But how could he possibly outrun an "Angel" in the sky?
