Liu Bin tugged Jiang Jing's arm from the front. "Brother Jing, damn, Rabbit's been hiding her strength. She actually has a level 16 Eevee."
Rabbit was one of Cheng Cheng's nicknames. It came about because she had two big, pearly white front teeth that made her look like a rabbit.
Jiang Jing nodded. That level 16 Eevee was the one that always burrowed into her arms. He had not expected it to be trained to level 16 so quickly.
Everyone turned to look at Cheng Cheng. Seeing so many people staring at her, her face instantly flushed red with embarrassment.
She hurriedly recalled her Pokémon into its Poké Ball and left the area.
That teacher was also shocked, his face stinging as though he had been slapped. He had just said someone else had bad luck, only for a level 16 Pokémon to immediately appear. Wasn't that a slap in the face?
When he saw the look in Lin Kai's eyes, he instantly felt ashamed and hurriedly moved away.
The testing proceeded in an orderly fashion, and it was soon Yao Yuan's turn. He swaggered over and took out his Great Ball, releasing Totodile.
Totodile had probably spent every day following Yao Yuan around, and its personality had begun to resemble its owner's in every way. It jumped onto the platform with its hands on its hips, raised its head, closed its eyes, and waited for the test.
Before long, Totodile's information appeared on the display screen beside it.
Jiang Jing also opened Data Eye to inspect Totodile.

Sure enough, Yao Yuan had every reason to act so cocky every day. His family had definitely contributed greatly, but he had earned the results nonetheless.
"It's out! Level 16! Damn, another one!" the people around them cried out.
"Yao Yuan really does have some skills for someone so badass."
"Brother Yao, awesome! That's incredible!" the people around Yao Yuan praised.
Yao Yuan basked in everyone's admiration and compliments, feeling extremely pleased.
He then smugly glanced at Liu Bin and Jiang Jing, imagining the unwilling looks on their faces despite having no choice but to accept it.
But unfortunately, he was destined to be disappointed. Jiang Jing's expression did not change at all; he remained utterly calm.
Liu Bin was the same. He had anticipated this situation, and whatever thoughts he had were hidden in his heart, at least not displayed on his face.
As Yao Yuan recalled Totodile and walked to the side, he deliberately passed by the two of them. "I just want to see what level your Pokémon really are."
Liu Bin replied calmly, "You'll find out soon enough." Then he completely ignored Yao Yuan.
As time passed, it gradually became Sun Le's turn. He released his Mankey, which stood nervously on the platform under so many people's gazes.
Pokémon: Mankey Attribute: Fighting Talent: ★★ Level: LV14 Ability: Vital Spirit
Sun Le breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Mankey's level. It was indeed about what he had expected. Level 14 was already quite good in the class, placing him among the top six.
After Sun Le finished testing, he patted Liu Bin on the shoulder.
Liu Bin was a little nervous as well. If his judgment had been wrong, he would be utterly humiliated.
He then took out a Poké Ball and released Shinx.
When everyone saw Shinx, they began discussing it. Most of them were envious. Although Shinx was a little nervous standing on the platform, it held its head high with a brave look.

When the level appeared, Liu Bin finally let out a breath. Thankfully, it was about what he had imagined.
Jiang Jing patted Liu Bin's shoulder. "Not bad, A-Bin. Level 14 puts you in the top ten of the class too."
"Another level 14? Why does it feel like our class has so many high-level Pokémon?" one student asked in confusion.
"Yeah. The classes before us didn't have this many. Our class has already produced two level 16s, one level 15, and four level 14s," his friend said.
Liu Bin glanced disdainfully at Yao Yuan. He truly had the right to do so. With the same training food, he could have raised Shinx to level 16 as well.
Then he said to Jiang Jing, "Brother Jing, it's your turn. I really want to know what level your Aron is. Otherwise, why do I keep losing to you?"
Sun Le and Zhang Haocheng behind them were also extremely curious, their nerves drawn tight.
Jiang Jing smiled. "I'm curious too."
He then took out a Poké Ball and released Aron.
The instant Aron appeared, Jiang Jing heard the sound of "Holy shit" in the air.
Someone whispered, "Damn, even an Aron showed up. What rich family is this? Aren't they afraid it'll eat them out of house and home?" Even he could hear the sourness in his own words.
Aron: Gah—
It was a little bewildered by its current surroundings. Where was this?
Jiang Jing carried Aron onto the platform. "Aron, stand still. We're doing a little checkup."
Aron nodded to show that it understood.
The staff then attached two black pads to Aron's body before turning and nodding at another teacher.
That teacher pressed the red button, and the prismatic machine overhead began scanning with infrared rays.
A minute later, the scan ended.
The large screen began switching, displaying an image of Lairon as all the data appeared.
Jiang Jing saw the level field: LV17.
"Level 17!" a student standing nearby exclaimed in shock.
That cry was like a fuse that blew up the entire area. A crowd immediately gathered around.
When Liu Bin first saw level 17, he could hardly believe it. He rubbed his eyes hard and looked again. It was still level 17. Only then did he finally believe it.
He said to Jiang Jing, "Holy shit, Brother Jing, your Aron is actually level 17! Level 17! We're three whole levels apart! How did you train it? No wonder I could never beat you."
Sun Le and Zhang Haocheng's eyes widened. They had not expected this roommate of theirs to be so incredible. Level 17—there might not even be one in the entire grade.
"Damn, a level 17 Aron! We all started raising Pokémon in June, so how is the gap this huge?"
"Just who the hell is this Jiang Jing? He's too awesome."
"Level 17! There might not even be one in the whole grade. With such a huge gap right from the start, how are we supposed to catch up?" someone wailed.
When Yao Yuan heard "level 17," his eyes instantly widened, his face full of disbelief. He thought he had heard wrong. It was only after everyone began discussing it that he confirmed it was true, but subconsciously, he still could not believe it.
Pretending not to care, he waved his hand. "Impossible. Absolutely impossible." His expression was almost identical to Chancellor Cao's meme.
The teachers were also alerted, and several of them gathered around.
One female teacher said to Lin Kai, "Teacher Lin, congratulations. A level 17 Pokémon appeared in your class."
"Yeah, Teacher Lin, you're really going to Fly now."
Lin Kai pretended to remain calm. "It's nothing. Thank you, everyone. It's only level 17. I believe all of your classes will have one too."
