Background

Red Cloud is a young man reborn into the Primordial World as the Primordial Spirit within the first red cloud created after Pangu’s transformation. His origin combines Pangu’s heartblood with the water, fire, and wind origins of the Four Symbols. A purple light destroys the twisted black energy attempting to consume him, while its remaining inheritance—belonging to the Earth Demon God—enters his consciousness. 1

Upon learning that he has inherited the identity and fate of Ancestor Red Cloud, who would later die after surrendering his Holy Seat, he resolves to alter that future. He intends to secure the Holy Seat, cultivate his own Dao, and avoid becoming a victim of the coming calamities. 1

His initial origin is dangerously mixed, containing Pangu Heartblood, water, fire, wind, cloud, and numerous derivative origins. To stabilize his future path, Red Cloud uses the Heaven-Measuring Ruler of Primordial Chaos to separate these origins. He retains Pangu Heartblood Origin for his own Dao body and prepares water-, fire-, and wind-aligned origins for independent incarnations. 3

Red Cloud determines that his Great Dao is the Literary Dao, creating the Red Cloud Dao Scripture to cultivate body, Primordial Spirit, and mana together.
