The Evil Eye Is Gone!!

Harry felt the world spin around him.

They appeared in a Muggle square.

The place looked incredibly lively.

Ron and Hermione were waiting there.

The moment they saw Harry and Darren, they rushed over with red-rimmed eyes.

"You really are all right! You're amazing!"

Hermione screamed.

"What now? Where are we going now?"

Harry hurriedly asked.

He looked at the Muggles around them.

For a moment, he envied their carefree lives.

"It's time to rest. We need to get enough rest so we'll be in good shape to go to Godric's Hollow tomorrow."

Darren said with a smile.

Harry and the others froze.

Weren't they supposed to be on the run now?

"No rush. First, we'll go to one of my properties here."

Darren said.

He led Hermione and the others into an alleyway.

Harry, Hermione, and Ron were stunned.

They simply could not understand how Darren owned property.

"You have money to buy a house?"

Harry asked in surprise.

Darren laughed.

"I didn't buy it. My teacher gave it to me. He was afraid I wouldn't have anywhere to live, so he found this place and bought it for me.

He said Muggle houses were cheap, so he bought me one every year. That way, wherever I went, I'd have somewhere to stay.

Headmaster Dumbledore also gave me several houses for my birthday before. I don't really remember where they are.

But I had Peeves keep the property deeds for me, so I can show you later.

You'll have a lot more places to choose from when you Apparate in the future!"

Darren said with a smile.

Then he led them around another corner and into a different alley.

Next, they pushed open an ordinary front door that looked no different from the surrounding houses.
