When Little Fatty learned about the experiment, he heard chattering coming from several other experimental chambers. He then turned his gaze toward the chamber containing the Mankey.
"Isn't there still Mankey in that experimental chamber? Pull them out and test them one at a time. Maybe Roy's Annihilape evolved directly from a Mankey!"
"But..."
The researcher wanted to say that the Mankey in those experimental chambers were meant to be tested only after they evolved into Primeape.
But Little Fatty cut him off. Faced with the researcher's repeated excuses, Little Fatty finally bared his fangs.
"No buts! If you can't make an Annihilape appear before me today, I'll let you see whether you can evolve into Annihilape yourselves!"
"Yes, we'll do it right away!"
With their lives on the line, the researchers did not dare delay any longer. They immediately had an assistant tie an unconscious Mankey from one of the experimental chambers onto the operating table.
However, the restraints were too large while the Mankey's arms were too thin, so the assistant could only temporarily use a bundle of specialized ropes to bind him to the metal operating table.
The Mankey forcibly tied to the table slowly woke up. When he realized that he had been tightly bound to the cold operating table, he immediately let out a terrified scream.
"Chii!!!!"
Little Fatty, standing behind the glass, did not care how loudly the Mankey screamed. At that moment, he was imagining himself commanding an Annihilape to defeat Roy's Annihilape.
The assistant set the current on the operating table to its lowest level. It was not because he had suddenly grown a conscience, but because he feared that too much electricity would kill the Mankey, leaving them without any more test material.
The metal operating table began humming again. A
