Unlike the Rocks of yesteryear, who relied solely on extreme violence to suppress all sides and forcibly consolidate power through intimidation;
Unlike Kaido and Big Mom, who treat their seas as private property and plunder and squander them wantonly.
The Uchiha seemed more like they were diligently managing their home.

On the spacious Training Ground, the first graduating class of the Uchiha Clan Academy stood in neat rows.
More than a hundred teenagers stood tall and straight, all dressed in neat Clan Uniform. Their still-childish eyes and brows already revealed the sharp edge that belonged to the Uchiha.
On the reviewing stand, Uchiha Fugaku looked down at the entire formation below, a complex yet reassuring sense of satisfaction welling up inside him.

He Setsuna closed the roster, turned to look at the vibrant young ranks below, and casually brought up the follow-up arrangements. "The new recruits have been formed; they can't be confined to the island in seclusion forever. Shouldn't we arrange for them to go out and gain experience?"
"Yes, that's exactly what I was planning to do."
Fugaku nodded in response, Natsu's parting words were still clearly etched in his mind.
Origin Island is stable and comfortable, which easily dulls the spirit of young people. A greenhouse can never produce strong individuals who can handle challenges.
These children have already achieved a high level of cultivation; what they lack is not secluded arduous training, but rather real-world challenges and practical experience.
