Fire Fist to the Rescue!
"Get out of my way!!"
Luffy roared, his eyes bulging red, his gaze filled with fury.
Hearing his companions' urgent shouts from the deck, yet trapped in the middle of the beach, unable to break free, the frustration and rage of watching danger approach and being powerless to stop it nearly consumed him.
Zoro and Sanji launched a powerful attack simultaneously, but Weevil's physical strength was formidable, allowing him to withstand the onslaught and remain firmly rooted to the spot, refusing to let the three of them pass.
The people on the deck had nowhere to escape; countless boulders blocked all escape routes, and annihilation was imminent.
In that life-or-death moment, a sharp and domineering roar suddenly exploded from the sea and sky on the other side of the deserted island, piercing through all the wind and noise!
"Fire Fist!"
Call--!!
A raging inferno suddenly surged from the distant sea, its scorching Kakkō instantly turning the entire sky crimson. The surging fire waves, like a torrent of fire, crashed in with unparalleled force.
Countless falling boulders shattered and melted the moment the flames engulfed them, and all the debris was annihilated by the sea of fire. The raging flames spread out in layers, firmly protecting the Thousand Sunny and everyone on board behind the flames.
The crisis was averted at the last second.
No one knew whose figure was at the end of the Kakkō, no one could see the figure that made the move, only the sky was filled with leaping crimson Kakkō, and everyone in the audience was suddenly frozen, facing the astonished Second Golden Lion in the sky, creating suspense.
The raging flames burned and shattered the falling boulders, and the crimson Kakkō illuminated the entire sea surface.
This sudden, unexpected Fire Fist was completely unexpected by the Second Golden Lion.
The blond youth on the observation platform frowned sharply, a genuine look of astonishment crossing his face. The numerous rocks suspended in the air trembled slightly, and the power of the Float-Float Fruit momentarily faltered.
He thought he had the situation under control and was about to force the Straw Hat Pirates to submit when this unknown force suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
He didn't immediately unleash his power to launch a counterattack. Instead, he raised his hand to suppress the warship crew members who were about to fire, and stared intently at the distant sea from which the flames were coming, intending to first find out who had interfered.
On the beach, Luffy, who had just been gripped by despair, froze.
That angry roar, that scorching aura of fire—it was all too familiar.
He stared blankly at the sea where the Kakkō had dissipated. The near-out-of-control rage and helplessness he had felt earlier receded like the tide. In an instant, astonishment turned into disbelief, and then a radiant smile of excitement bloomed on his face.
The Kakkō slowly dissipated, and a small boat drifted gently on the waves near the sea.
Sabo crouched at the back of the deck, a mischievous smile playing on his lips, deliberately hiding most of his body behind Ace.
His eyes were full of anticipation as he planned to first bring out Ace, and then jump out to give his younger brother Luffy a huge surprise.
At the bow of the small boat, Ace slowly withdrew his fist, which was still faintly wreathed in embers, raised his hand to adjust his hat, and glanced at the people on the beach.
"Ah! Although every time I see this silly little brother, I get dragged into all sorts of messy things, everyone, please take good care of my little brother!"
A familiar figure came into clear view.
"Ace!!!"
Luffy suddenly shouted at the top of his lungs, his voice filled with wild joy. He almost rushed over on the spot. If it weren't for Weevil's huge body blocking his way, he would have already jumped into the sea and run towards the small boat.
Beside him, Zoro's tense shoulders relaxed slightly, a hint of unexpected surprise flashing in his eyes. However, the grip on his sword hilt did not weaken in the slightest, and his gaze remained firmly fixed on Second Golden Lion on the high-flying warship, not daring to relax for even a moment.
Sanji exhaled a breath of stale air, a faint smile of relief appearing on his lips. The flames on his feet gradually subsided, but his gaze remained fixed on the floating ship above him, constantly on guard against any sudden attack.
Nami, Usopp, and the others on the deck breathed a long sigh of relief, their hearts finally settling back into place, but they were not completely at ease.
In the shadow of the reef, Stussy stared wide-eyed at the figure burning with flames on the sea, initially completely surprised.
But just a few breaths later, this unexpected surprise quickly turned into an uncontrollable anger.
In her mind, Weevil was Edward Newgate's biological son, a descendant of Whitebeard.
Ace was merely a division commander under Whitebeard, yet he so ruthlessly attacked Whitebeard's own son's side; this is utterly incomprehensible.
She gripped her cane tightly, her emotions fluctuating wildly, yet she knew her strength had waned and she had no right to challenge them. She could only suppress her anger and stand there.
Standing in the middle of the beach, Weevil remained as dazed and wooden as ever. His massive head was turned blankly toward the small boat on the sea, and his empty eyes stared at Ace, completely bewildered by what was happening before him. He held the naginata loosely in his palm, awaiting Stussy's next command.
High in the sky, on the lookout tower of a flying warship.
The Second Golden Lion's gaze shifted back and forth between Ace on the small boat on the sea, the excited Luffy, and the group of people on the beach.
Admiral-Emperor Level aura, making no move, yet not a single rock hovering around him dissipated.
A new game has begun.
Just as the atmosphere between the two sides became tense, Sabo stepped out from behind Ace, raised his hand to slightly adjust the wide-brimmed hat on his head, and spoke in a polite and gentle tone, but his words carried a layer of intimidation that should not be underestimated.
"Please, everyone, do not Luffy."
The small boat rocked gently with the waves, and sunlight fell on Sabo's face.
Luffy on the beach froze instantly, his pupils contracting sharply.
More than a decade has passed, separated by life and death, yet that familiar face, upon entering my eyes, unleashed a torrent of memories of Mount Colubo.
The cabin in the woods, the food they stole together, the vow the three made to become free men of the sea, and that towering fire.
Large tears welled up in his eyes without warning and streamed down Luffy's cheeks.
His whole body was trembling slightly, and his voice was strained, filled with uncontrollable sobs, almost a roar.
"Sabo!!!"
On the small boat, Sabo looked at his younger brother, who was in tears on the beach. The guilt and longing that had been building up in his heart for many years melted away, and a long-lost and genuine smile appeared on his lips.
"Long time no see, Luffy!"
